Pros: Property, Location, View, Kitchen amenities, Washer/Dryer, Hot Tub, BBQ, Parking, Pool. Cons: Can’t check in till 4pm with check out at 10am. Interior needs updating. Shower in master is not friendly for older people as it is raised with two steps. Some cobwebs noticeable in kitchen/living room. Lots of touch up paint that was an off color making it very noticeable. Some loose carpet. Railing up front stairs was loose. Pool needs a keycard to get in which is located in the house but is not labeled pool and instead says “leave in unit.” Probably should be labeled pool and say “return to unit.” Added on fees are getting out of control. I believe fees were more than the property total nightly price. Also, having to pay a cleaning fee then having a list of cleaning that needs completed before check out is crazy. Why am I paying a fee if I’m expected to do the majority of the cleaning?Overall, nice place with everything you could want/need. Would stay again.

We’ll also relabel the pool keycard, thank you for sharing that was a source of confusion for you. Our cleaning fee covers a full professional turnover and deep cleaning, and we only ask that guests strip the beds and take out the trash upon check out. Should a guest not be able to complete the requested check out task list, we completely understand and certainly do not charge extra if that happens.
