A huge open plan rustic studio cottage situated in a quite cul desac ..surrounded by paper bark forest overlooking a lilly pond dam.
A complete separate dwelling.
Be inspired by nature and enjoy Beautiful Brooms Head beach and national park down the road..
Close to Maclean and all amenaties.
Pet friendly to well.behaved indoor pets as property has no fenced area but has large undercover area.
Agressive and barking anxious dogs will not be suited to this property..
Also male dogs will need to be desexed please.
Welcome to borrow surfboards and all.beach gear..kayak for kids..and also join us on weekends around the fireplace for a cook up.
