Prime location in Summit County. Walk to Lake Dillon!

Two bedroom plus loft alcove space, two baths, and a heated garage just steps away from Lake Dillon and the bike path. Gorgeous views of the Gore Range, Buffalo Mountain and views of Lake Dillon through the panoramic windows located throughout this end unit. Easy access to all of Summit County by car or free public transit. Less than a five minute walk to the bike path on Lake Dillon, approximately 1.6 miles on path to Frisco and approximately 5 miles on the path to get to Dillon. Approximately a 30 minute drive or less to multiple ski resorts.

All new appliances with a well appointed kitchen for when you feel like dining in with family and friends New grill on deck for "surf and turf" nights. Head to your personal hot tub after a day of mountaineering and end it with your favorite beverage by the fireplace. All the comforts of home and more.

Main floor bedroom has queen bed and your own personal flat screen, right next to your full bath. Elevated trundle bed is stored under for your added convenience.

Upstairs loft master has king bed and master suite is equipped with jetted spa tub and large shower. Double vanities provide plenty of room for beginning your day.

The third sleeping area is a studio space right off of master suite with a twin daybed and raised trundle pullout underneath. Views to the south and east are some of the best in the area.

A portable pack and play with a changing table and high chair are available for the little ones so you won't have pack more than you need.

Three flat screens all have Xfinity for catching the big game or your favorite show and free high speed WiFi is available throughout.

Choices up here for outside fun are unlimited and for those times you are at the condo you will appreciate the comfort of the space and the amenities that allow you to relax and refresh. We have enjoyed Summit County for years and are happy to share some of our favorite streams, trails, bike paths, slopes, restaurants and shopping with our welcome guide upon receiving your reservation. We are here to make your vacation a special one so please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

While we are in a very safe and secure area, we also have a Ring doorbell, and garage cameras as added security for both our guests and our property. There are no cameras inside of our home, yet we choose to be able to verify if guests damage something on or in our garage as well as if they have additional guests over our limit. Our goal is to have a place that is comfortable, clean and welcoming at all times. We know there is occasional breakage of a dish or glass, or even the times where we might be able to help with a question from a distance.

Kirk’s place was so inviting and accommodating, we almost never wanted to leave! We were in the area to ski and the convenience of Kirk’s property was perfect. Check in was smooth and easy! We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Great Location

The place was great! It had everything we needed...nice kitchen, comfortable beds and a mountain view out the living room window. We really loved the location too. It’s close to downtown Frisco and the lake. You can walk or ride bikes to each location. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice , modern condo and is well furnished and equipped.. We especially appreciated all of those little details, condiments, utensils, etc in the kitchen. Location is excellent, central to the ski areas, shopping and restaurants and is easy to drive to. The owner is personally involved in the rental and is very responsive.

Quality, location and comfort....Everything you could ask for

As a property owner myself through this website, I can especially appreciate the importance of quality rentals. This is absolutely it. The location is perfect for access to local activities, shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything you will need in Summit County. The layout and furnishings were all top grade. I would definitely come back again and would recommend that you do the same.

Location, beauty and attention to detail!

This townhome was a perfect place to stay! Very close to many ski resorts and activities but the town was small enough that it wasn't crowded with tourist. Anything needed as far as food, groceries or any other items were within 5-10 min. Highway was also very close. Home was beautiful and spacious! It was my husband , our three kids ( two , 11 year olds and a 3 year old ) and I. We all had a great experience! Owners were very informative and responded quickly to questions. Would DEFINITELY love to return!

Perfect Snowy Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay for a week long skiing vacation over spring break. The townhome had plenty of room for our children (5, 11, 14) to spread out and the private hot tub was a welcome relief at the end of a long day on the slopes. Our first night coincided with the historic snowfall of 2021 and Kirk went out of his way to communicate with us prior to check-in and throughout our stay which helped us beat the weather and make it through the pass before roads and the airport were closed. The location to Copper Mountain was excellent. It literally is a 5-7 minute drive down the highway...easy on/off. We even had dinner on quaint Main Street in Frisco which is a short drive too. The townhome is very near to shops for any supplies, souvenirs, or food you might need. We would highly recommend a stay here and would return in the future!

Frisco girls trip

This house was so amazing, everything from the hottub to the games and the view. The loft was a great place for everyone to gather. To reiterate the hot tub when it snowed on the last day was the best part. Kirk was awesome. The check in and out was very smooth and easy. He was very accommodating to our travel schedule. Everything that we needed was within walking distance, if not it was fairly easy to get an Uber. My girls and I have a great time. I highly recommend this house. It was also easy to get to our snowmobile tour and the skiing at Breckenridge. Lots of pizza place didn't deliver here but when we did find one it was the best pizza!

We moved to Colorado in the early 90's and our family has been heading up the hill to Summit County for over 20 years. There is a magic in this place that transcends the peace and serenity of Rockies to the people who live and visit here. We have loved fly fishing, hiking, skiing, biking and photography in this area and loved being surprised about how much we learn every time we come up here.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property being just steps from a quiet part of Lake Dillon was huge to us, and the previous owner throwing in two kayaks did not hurt either. The combination of walking out your door to get to exploring the lake or local shops and restaurants along with the short drives to fishing, hiking or skiing is exactly what we were looking for in a mountain home. Add that to the views in three different directions from either floor of the home makes this a great place to relax when you are inside between adventures.

What makes this property unique

This home is unique in that you are so close to everything by foot, car or the Summit Stage. We also love the space and views that this home has to offer and everything is complemented by the amount of natural light you get everyday. Personally, I have never had a heated garage and it is a real blessing when you are prepping to get out and get going for the day. We truly hope you can enjoy the blessings of experiencing such a gorgeous place in our mountains and have the creature comforts our home has to offer.
