A lovely 3 bedroom brick veneer house, set in the green streets of Rye. This house is perfect for families or groups.
Located halfway between the Rye front and back beaches, this house is features two living areas, two full-service bathrooms, renovated kitchen and sunny west facing deck overlooking the back garden, perfect for an afternoon refreshment.
The kitchen includes good quality cutlery, pots and pans and a netspresso machine. The bedrooms all perfectly presented.
