We enjoyed our staying, checking in and out was easy, our host Karen always kept in touch with us, the house was very comfortable and clean, extra amenities made out staying even more pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and will rent it out again.

Thanksgiving in Boerne

Our stay was very comfortable for a family getaway. We were able to prepare meals easily including a Thanksgiving dinner. The location is very convenient for exploring Boerne, nearby Comfort and other spots for outdoor activities.

Great for family vacation

House was perfect for a family and had everything we needed. Boerne is a great small town and everyone was so friendly. Host left great info on places to visit. Plus we got to see the total eclipse!

Weekend in the Hill Country

We stayed in Boerne to visit Fredericksburg. However we found the town of Boerne just as cute! The location of this property is ideal. The house is great for a group stay. Very clean and comfortable. If we would do this again, we'd return to this property for sure.

Nice place to stay in Boerne

This property was great for my family (two under 2, 3 adults). It was close to everything in Boerne and despite its proximity to HEB it was still quiet at night. The kinder park down the road was lovely. We had a nice stay and the host was helpful and easy to talk with

Good location, lots of beds

The stay here was good. House was clean, locations is close to grocery stores. Good number of beds for a larger family or group. I would like to see the company provide a unique code for the front lock.

The sofa photos were misleading. There was only one leather sofa. The two leather chairs shown were not there. The two sofas that were there were extremely small.Other than that all was good. Would recommend.

Biz trip

The host was fantastic and so was the house! So close to everything! The master bedroom has a king size bed and was very comfortable! All the accommodations were way better than I would have thought for a first time VRBO! I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! Very clean home!

Felt like home.

Roomy, stocked with everything we needed. Nice area to sit outside. Barbeque was available to use. Off street parking. Kuerig coffee for use. Big dining table. Very nice. Close to the grocery store & church. We stayed 4 nights & hated to leave.

Perfect vacation home for families.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my family of 6. (Kids ages 9-16)To start, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s extremely spacious . As a larger family i’m always worried about space. Especially with teenagers as they usually like to hang around no one But I will say the layout, allowed for the teenagers to be up stairs and the under kids to be close to me and my husband.The home is located very close to a HEB and a few minutes fr downtown Boerne. Prior to us arriving there was some heavy winds that knocked down the back fence. Karen and her husband immediately started working on the fence. Personally we could have cared less. But this go to show you both owners are very attentive to the home’s needs. All items in the kitchen were clean . And there were a lot of “supplies” that were in the home already. Such as , shampoo, dish tablets, paper towels, dishwasher detergent. Etc.Hands down would recommend this home!
