Professionally maintained neighborhood pool. 36'x19' and 3' to 5' deep.
Located in oceanfront 10 house community .
House located beside the pool, with ocean views. Not direct oceanfront.
Covered patio with lounging furniture, eating area, and ceiling fan. Enjoy listening to the ocean or watching kids in pool.
Just steps to the beach using private walkway.
You can bring your own beach chairs and shading device as long as it's 10 feet by 10 feet or less. You can also rent on beach for a reasonable fee for the summer weeks only. Nice because they are set up daily for you and no lugging back and forth from house.
Covered parking under house for 2-3 vehicles, 1 space in front of porch, and extra parking behind pool area that is 1st come 1st serve.
Professional maintained landscaped grounds.

Interior Features:
Professionally decorated and consistently updated with current décor and furnishings.
Not your basic rental house furniture package. We have provided plenty of seating in living area, all furnishings are high end including upgraded mattresses for your comfort. Quality appliances, and large flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and den.
2018- new downstairs flooring, all den furniture recovered with new cushions, new stainless kitchen appliances, 3 bathrooms renovated, and freshly painted interior.
Approx. 2,200 square feet with wireless internet access, cable, 5 televisions, 5 DVD players and 5 ceiling fans.

First level:
Open concept kitchen, bar, dining, and family room with 70 inch HDTV, DVR, and DVD player. 2 sets of extra large sliding glass doors lead to covered porch. Ocean view.
Bedroom with 2 twin size beds, TV, DVD player.
Full Bathroom.
Queen Sleeper sofa in family room.

Upstairs:
Master bedroom- King bed, TV, DVD player, private bathroom and ocean views.
Bedroom- 1 Queen bed, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom.
Bedroom- 2 Queen beds, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom.
Laundry room with aashing machine and dryer.

All bedding will have a mattress pad, pillows and comforter. Linen package contains sheets and pillowcases for all beds, 24 towels, 12 wash cloths, 4 bath mats, 2 kitchen towels, and 1 dish towel. PROVIDED FOR WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY. Shorter stays you can bring own linens or I can rent for you from housekeeping for $100 fee. Please state in request if linens are needed. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trash can. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply and HE laundry detergent if using washing machine.

Surfside Beach is a lovely family community with many choices for entertainment. Restaurants, pier, ice cream shop, and library within walking distance! Great shopping and Myrtle Beach attractions just a few miles away.

Golf Getaway

Our group of adults had a great time!

We just returned from a NYE trip to the beach and a stay at this property. Everyone one of the 7 adults thought the rental was amazing - very well suited for a our group. Everyone had plenty of space to gather and spend time together, but there was also the option for privacy or quiet time. Everything is well maintained and clean and the beds were super comfortable. The access to the beach is easy and just outside the door. We'd return in a heart beat!

Great Family Vacation!

We loved the house and close proximity to restaurants and shops. We could walk and ride bikes almost anywhere. The pool is right next to the house. The living area is large and bigger than the photos. There are a few games and kid books/toys/floats at the house too. Nothing to do with the house - but the the noise from the street at night can be loud in the two street facing bedrooms. We brought box fans so it wasn't much of an issue for us. (Would suggest owners install curtains in those rooms). The beach was great, amazing tide pools during low tide for kids to play in and not very crowded! And plenty of parking. Murrell's Inlet offered great dining - Dead Dog Saloon and Wahoo's were yummy. Overall it is a great house!

Great ocean view house!

We loved our stay in this house. Communication from the management team was beyond excellent. They were always quick to respond and very patient with our questions. Location of house was perfect. Extremely close to beach..1 minute or less walk. We had a nice ocean view between houses. There are even some bars and restaurants within walking distance and others a quick 5 minute ride away. House was as pictured. Better in person even. House was extremely clean . This would have been a 5 star review except for the cigarette smoke smell throughout the house. We hope it was just caused by renters before us and not a normal occurrence as everything else about the house was 5 star. Even with that I would rent there again if assured the smell was gone. It’s a great house.

We have stayed in this house for a second time. My family comes from all over to meet here for the week. We have made great memories together and have enjoyed this house and its location in Surfside. We love the easy access to the beach and having the pool right beside us. Thank you for allowing us to stay and share our good times!

We had a great time for the 2nd year in a row. The gift bag from the managing company was a nice touch. Kitchen is well stocked. I would say all the mattresses need replacing.

Fantastic beach house

We were all so happy when we arrived at the house. It was nice and clean and so close to the beach. This was the perfect place for us. If we decide to go back to Myrtle Beach again, we will certainly check to see if this place is available. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful Beach House

The beach house was wonderful and very much enjoyed by my entire family. The house is tastefully decorated and has a light airy and beachy feel. Kitchen is well stocked. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. Beach was within view and just a minutes walk. Everyone enjoyed the close proximity of the pool. Judy was quick to respond to any question I had. Wonderful property.

Mark and I have been married 30 years, and have 2 sons. Our oldest is 27 and he loves the beach! We work tirelessly advocating for him due to his diagnosis of Down Syndrome and Autism. Our youngest son is 23 and he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. He Is a chef in Charlotte NC. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and decorating. Mark retired in 2019 after a 36 year career. We enjoy spending time at the beach with family and friends and have created wonderful memories here. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this area all our lives. We decided in 1996 to buy a house in Surfside Beach because it is a very family friendly town that has a wide beach, unlike some of the other beaches in the area. Short walk to pier, playgrounds, restaurants, bars, and library. Our house is close to Murrells Inlet (2 miles) where you can go for great seafood and live music. There is a boardwalk on the inlet where you can walk to different restuarants and music venues or just enjoy looking out at the pristine salt marsh brimming with oyster beds.
There are so many fun and interesting activities for every age all within a short walk or drive. We felt this was the perfect area to buy a home.

We stay on top of updating property, and have provided high quality furnishings, not your basic rental house furniture.
