The Space:

Quiet, peaceful, tranquil. This is what you will get in our condo but also how you'll feel after just a few minutes here. Relax in stylish comfort while you watch the Pacific Ocean from every room. Kitchen is made for chefs who love to cook and the large grass back yard and shared pool mean you'll have a hard time wanting to leave to explore the nearby shops and restaurants in The Rinconada. Sunset from the roof top terrace is the best view in Puerto Escondido.



6 condos nestle into the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The corner unit is all yours. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, huge kitchen, dining room, living room featuring cable TV from Canada. Free washer / dryer combo in unit. 6 condos share the pool and backyard while only 2 share the roof top terrace.



You have full access to all the shared amenities as well as the entire condo.



We live close by should you need anything.



Tucked into the end of Carrizalillo we are next to a popular sunset watching area. Quiet and residential but only a 10 minute walk from the very popular shopping and eating area known as The Rinconada.



Walking or taxis are the best choices. The unit comes with 1 free covered parking spot if you want to rent a scooter or a car.



One covered parking space included. No children under 12.

You have full access to all the shared amenities as well as the entire condo.



The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:

Walking or taxis are the best choices. The unit comes with 1 free covered parking spot if you want to rent a scooter or a car.



Other Things to Note:

One covered parking space included. Children are welcome; however, please note there is a cliff directly in front of the yard area. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times when outdoors.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is required to access the property.

Beautiful, comfortable condo in stunning location

My husband and I along with our daughter and son-in-law stayed here for a week during a recent visit to PE. It is a spacious, open floor plan with large kitchen, plenty of seating, 2 master suites each with its own balcony, and a third main balcony off the living room (overlooking the pool). It was comfortable, quiet, had all the amenities we needed (and then some) and was the perfect place for us to enjoy each other, cool off and relax during our fabulous and memorable trip to PE. There is AC in both bedrooms and fans in the living room. At first we thought, "why don't they have AC in the living room as well but the fans circulate the cool air from the bedrooms and it was quite pleasant during our mid-November stay.

Disappointing

Wonderful, quiet location marred by building’s chronic water shortage issues and unit’s substandard supplies. The towels were stained, threadbare, and revolting. Promised replacements never arrived. Nice pool below, too bad the three of us had to share two lounge chairs with no padding. When water ran out, three of us had to utilize two non-flushing toilets. Etc.,
