Good time

Fanny was very welcoming and flexible when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all the basics for a nice stay. It's bright and cozy but still feels tucked away from the noise of the city. It's in a great location close to the old town and the beach.

Delightful, Cozy Home Away From Home

Located near the top of Le Suquet, the small, well-equipped apartment is a perfect place to experience old Cannes: the views, walks on narrow pedestrian streets, great restaurants, the public market, shopping, access to public transportation, groceries, marina, gorgeous buildings and a newly refurbished promenade. All were within a five minute walk! We loved our stay. We are "seniors", so the walks kept us invigorated!

"Fanny was very good with communication and I had no trouble finding the appartment. Her mother came to meet me and guide me. The appartment had a lovely embience, very clean with lovely views over the old town. The bathroom was good. I would happily recommend this to anyone. Thanks Fanny!"

Absolutely beautiful

My first time with Home and Away. A very good experience. I have used other rentals regularly though. Fanny the owner communicated very well and was very helpful with a few queries I had prior to arrival. We were greeted by Fannys mum who is lovely and explained everything to us. This little apartment is utterly adorable. It is in the old part of Cannes in a very pretty street. We stayed a week here and it's location is perfect. Walking is easy to restaurants and bars, beaches and close to public transport links. The apartment is beautiful. It has an excellent working shower, excellent fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy bed, very good air conditioning. Beautiful living area with a balcony with the most wonderful views over Cannes. I cannot express how much I adore this apartment. Love love love it. I didn't want to leave.

Nous avons été accueillis par Fanny ,une hôte charmante. .Communications par SMS pour savoir l'heure de notre arrivée et nous indiquer le meilleur itinéraire .Boissons fraiches dans le frigo ,c'est toujours appréciable .Appart bien situé près des commerces , des restaurants et de la plage dans un quartier historique ,nous recommandons et y reviendrons .

Joli logement de vacances

Ce logement correspond bien au descriptif et aux photos du site. L'ambiance qui s'y dégage est très agréable. Le quartier du Suquet est pittoresque et agrémenté d'arbustes fleuris et d'espèces diverses de plantes. A deux pas des commerces, du marché de Forville, de la plage, du quai Laubeuf d'où partent les excursions en bateaux et à l'écart du bruit de la circulation. Perfect!

Great owner to deal with. No stairs from the street to the apartment. It’s up a small hill from the marina lined with terrific authentic restaurants and a wonderful bakery. Nice size apartment, quiet, and the AC was nice and cold. I’ll definitely stay here again.

If anyone needs a place to stay in Cannes, we can warmly recommend this small apartment which are as described by former visitors. It is super centrally located in the old town which has lots of charm. The apartment is ideal for a couple who want to have a little homely cosiness. The studio is located in the old town suited us perfectly, close to the beach for swimming and sunbathing in the day and all cozy restaurants a few steps away to visit in the evening. Fanny and her aunt made sure we had eight good days in Cannes. The smartly furnished studio suited us very well and is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Très bon séjour

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'endroit est un havre de paix dans un quartier très dynamique et passant. La décoration est très soignée et les espaces sont bien délimités. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Le lieu est idéal pour tout : faire le marché, aller à la plage et sortir le soir. Je recommande vivement cette location et remercie les propriétaires.

Accueil: agréable, bien géré du début à la fin. Equipement: la climatisation marche parfaitement, pour le reste, tout ce qu´il faut. Position: à deux pas du marché, une vue agréable, dégagée, c´est important car pas toujours évident! A recommander : pour une ou deux personnes, ni trop calme ni bruyant. Juste à côté des restaurants dont émane la joie des touristes et tout près de l´Eglise et le musée qui apaisent. Autre: il y a du charme dans ce studio. La propriétaire le maintent en parfait état, le déco est chic, plein de nuances. Un studio de caractère. Je pouvais y rester quelques semaines.

C'est la seconde fois que nous louons ce joli appartement juste au coeur de Cannes, le lieu est très charmante. La proprietaire est extremement gentille e l'appartement est gardé si bien que Vous vous sentirez comme chez Vous. Il y a tout ce qui est necessaire et les espaces sont bien organisés. La vue qu'on a par la fenetre et le balcon est si charmante et on est si près des commerces et de la plage que Vous voudrez y rétourner aussi! Fortement recommandé!

Très joli studio au coeur de ville.

Très beau studio au coeur de ville de cannes dans le quartier du suquet. Le studio est coquet et très bien équipé (cuisine équipé, machine à laver, climatisation, télévision). La présence d'un petit balcon permet de profiter d'une vie typique du sud au dessus des toits des vielles maisons. Le studio est idéalement positionné au coeur de ville tout est faisable à pieds, et la croisette est à environ 10 min. Je recommande vivement cette location qui nous fait aimer cannes mention aux propriétaires qui sont très aimables et serviables.

Merveilleux appartement dans le coeur du Suquet!

L'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités: la plage, le marché, les restaurants et il est situé dans le magnifique centre historique de Cannes. De la fenêtre on peut admirer une merveilleuse vue pendant le petit déjeuner ou le dîner! Les espaces de l'appartement ont été bien étudié et on se déplace très bien à l'intérieur. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et il ya tout ce qu'il faut, rien ne manque! Je tiens à remercier Fanny et sa mère qui nous a accueillis si chaleureusement, ils sont vraiment des gens sympas et délicieux.

"J''ai réservé cet appartement pour mes parents pour 1 semaine. Ils ont été enchantés par le logement, ainsi que par l''accueil. La situation à proximité du centre ville est appréciable. La voiture est inutile et non conseillée car il n''est pas simple de se garer dans le quartier. Je recommande donc ce logement à qui souhaite passer un agréable séjour sur la côte d''azur !"

L appartement est en zone pietonne en effet. Il y a cependant un parking securisé, moderne et très pratique (car possédant plusieurs sorties, permettant d acceder facilement au bas et au haut Suquet) tout proche de l appartment (150m), proposant des tarifs degressifs à la semaine, très compétitif: le parking FORVILLE, forfait reservable en toute simplicité et à l avance sur internet.

"Actually, I'm not quite sure whether placing this review is a wise decision :) The apartemnt is so nice, comfortable, "Monica Geller clean", bright, cozy that it would probably be a good idea to keep it to ourselves, so that whenever we're back to Cannes, we can book :) However this wouldn't be fair to Fanny and her wonderful Mother who greeted us, extremely kind & friendly hostesses. Last but not least, the apartment's location could not be better- in the very heart of Le Suquet. It's nice to walk out of the apartment and see a bunch of tourists taking pictures of your street. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!"
