Nice studio

Pretty studio apartment with all the modern facilities you need for your stay.
Ideal for holidays as it is located on the seafront (feet in the water) not far from Nice city centre.
Easy access to the train station and airport (FABRON tram stop). It has a south-facing terrace facing the sea with a lovely view (4th floor with lift).
Household linen is not included in the rental price, but can be hired on site for €20 if you do not wish to bring your own, as well as end-of-stay cleaning for €30 if you do not wish to do it yourself.
Arrival time is to be agreed with the owner, who only welcomes guests between 5.30pm and 7pm on weekdays. At weekends, arrival is no later than 7.00 p.m. (keys can be left at the small Casino VIVAL for a fee of €10).

You have access to leisure facilities (restaurants, leisure centres, nightclubs, casinos, etc.) as well as cultural activities (museum, theatre and cultural walks in the old town, etc.).

I loved staying at this well equipped studio. It had everything I needed. The tram is a few steps away along with grocery stores, boulangeries, and some great pizza places. The view on the terrace is fantastic. Truly wonderful.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect location to go to the beach and explore Nice. Being in a tram line was perfect for arriving from the airport and getting to the train station.

Fantastic view, location, and value for my 5 day vacation stay in Nice! Apartment has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and everything I needed functionally. Plus it was a 2 minute walk to a) the tram station from which I could reach anywhere in Nice as well as other broader Cote d'Azur cities, b) a wonderful patisserie (which I visited every morning for fresh croissants, baguettes, and sandwiches), and c) a mini Carrefour grocery store. Marie Claire was a wonderful hostess who met me at the apartment to check in, made helpful suggestions, and communicated with me proactively. I hope to return to Nice and stay here again!

Just Perfect

True to the photos. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed and good cooking facilities. Fabulous view and ideal for a couple. Nearby tram provided perfect travel to Nice centre and beyond.

Compact facility right in the main tram route from the airport. For the budget price this is excellent value. 2 min from the sea ( nice sea view) easy tram ride to anywhere in nice, Very helpful host 👍

Lovely apartment with a good view

Had a wonderful stay. The amenities are great. Fast wi-fi and you can cast the video to the TV. You have some grocery stores and restaurants nearby, but you can always hop on the tram to get closer to the city center. There is a bigger Carrefour Market 15 minutes walk from the flat that has a big selection of vegetarian food.Started my days with a stroll by the beach and buying some fresh baked goods for breakfast. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

A real gem

Well located if you want to be away from the old town and near the beach. Brill little café at Chez Vero next door for breakfast and lunch. Our plane was late but Marie-Claire was extremely helpful in making sure we got our keys on arrival 😀

Nice apartment in convenient location

The apartment is just as described in listing. My arrival was delayed by 8 hours, Marie-Claire and Rosie adapted to all my changes. Lovely sea view and convenient public transport.

Perfect spot to access Nice!

This was a great condo just outside of old town Nice. We liked that we could easily walk or bike into downtown but were able to have quiet nights without the hustle and bustle. Marie Claire is a perfect host and was so helpful and accommodating! She gave us access to her parking spot which was close by walking or tram and allowed us to get everywhere in the south of France. She was always available for questions and was quick to respond! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! We had a fabulous trip!!

Beautiful inside and out!

We stayed in this property at the end of June and had an incredible time. Me and my girlfriend found this apartment had everything we needed and a cute little balcony to top it off. Marie-Claire was a very welcoming host and always a text away if anything was needed. Old town of Nice was just a walk along the beautiful promenade and the train station is a ~30 minutes walk but if you are happy to walk around for everything you need this is the perfect place, and a great hub to explore the beautiful city of Nice. If I ever return I would definitely stay in the same place!

Great view

The view is great, there is a gas station right in front but you have a good view to the sea. It is also great access to the tram that goes to the airport and down town. The downside is the cleanliness. We found a pair of underwear in the drawers presumably from the previous guest. The coffee maker was very dirty as well. You have to pay extra if you want it cleaned after you leave. The host communication was good, but be mindful of when you arrive as she has a very strict check in time policy. If you want a basic studio apartment with a view for a good price then I would recommend it.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Indeed, arrival is before 7:00 p.m., after which the keys are dropped off at the small casino vival supermarket just below the rental for €10, it is written in the ad. I do not live there, I work all week and have to take care of my family. I aspire, like any human being, to return home not too late. Sorry for the clean underwear, there are a lot of drawers, it is the only one that had not been opened. I challenge you to find a rental with a sea view overlooking the Promenade des Anglais. At the time of your reservation, you had cleaning not included (it was a choice) you knew it (today I included it for all customers) Many bottles and cans, full trash cans, very dirty toilets with excrement, the dishwasher with dirty dishes, crumbs and hair everywhere, so a week's cleaning to do. It was noted on the welcome book and the site that the trash cans had to be emptied, the toilets had to be left without excrement and the dishwasher had to be emptied, the minimum in all rentals. Do not discourage us because at the hotel it is 10m2, no kitchen, no dishwasher, no washing machine, no terrace with sea view... and the price will be double. It's a shame that you didn't appreciate it...

Great location

Our stay was fine once we figured out the check-in. It was dark when we arrived and that added to the confusion. We picked up our keys but didn’t know how to open the door. There was a tag on the key ring that you tap to let you in the first door. Then the second door you had to unlock and pull HARD to open it. There were buttons on the walls that looked like light switches…but were doorbells. Couldn’t see the elevator so we took the stairs. Having no lights and finding our way in the dark was the worst. The next times were fine and the apartment had everything we needed.

Je vous remercie d’avoir partagé votre expérience. En effet, vous êtes arrivés à 1h du matin, au lieu de 22 heures, vous deviez être fatigués et il était tard. En tout cas, vous avez eu beaucoup de chance que le petit Casino Vival vous ai gardé les clés jusqu’à cette heure-là. Car, comme indiqué dans l’annonce, je n’accueille pas au-delà de 19 heures . Je suis très étonnée pour les lumières car le bouton est à gauche en rentrant dans l’immeuble. Pour les ascenseurs, il y en a deux grands et vous êtes forcément passés devant puisqu’ils sont à l’entrée. Les escaliers possèdent également un interrupteur pour actionner la lumière. Je vous avais transmis une notice en anglais quelques jours avant votre arrivée qui expliquait pas à pas comment faire pour accéder à l’appartement. J’espère tout de même que votre séjour s’est agréablement passé?

Perfection

First let me express my gratitude to Marie Claire for being so welcoming! She was gracious and spoke to me in English - given my French was not up to the task. The place is better than it appears from the photos. I watched the most beautiful sunrise each day from the comfort of my bed! Breathtaking. The apartment was very clean and well appointed - the kitchen had all the appliances one could want and the bathroom had the dreamiest rain-shower shower head. The location was on the Tram which put me 15 minutes to DT or 15 to the Airport. There were grocery stores on either side of me, boulangeries everywhere and restaurants near by. A very nice restaurant was just across the street on the Promenade de Anglais on the beach. In terms of service, Marie Claire was kind, informative, offered her assistance at any moment which I took advantage of nearly immediately. I couldn’t get the heater to work and she came all across town with space heaters in tow, to the rescue - only to find out that it was ‘user error’ and the heater was in fine working order. She was gracious about my idiocy, giving no indication that she was irritated on any level. She will take good care of you! If you are a solo traveler - or a very tidy two person team who wants a front row seat to the Mediterranean - you want to have the easiest access to everything - you’re looking for a welcoming and accommodating host - this is the place! You’ve found it! Thank you again Marie Claire!

Très agréable séjour à Nice

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Nice dans le bel appartement de Marie claire. Tout s'est passé comme prévu en commençant par l'accueil et la mise à disposition d'un bel appartement avec vue sur la mer. Localisation idéale pour aller se baigner ou faire du shopping en ville car la station de tram Fabron est à deux pas !Bref, une localisation de qualité et un appartement que nous recommandons pour vos vacances.
