Entertaining is easy in this gourmet kitchen, which is open to 1 of 2 fireplaces, family room & dining room with floor to ceiling views of the Bay. Hidden gems: Foosball table. gym, meeting space, 2nd entertaining kitchen, fire pits, EV charging, surround sound speakers, paddle boards, private trail, fishing from the dock, skate along the Bay.

Due to the nature of the property, there are stairs leading to the waterfront that some people might find steep, Please take care when using.

I love to host dinner parties, bake and be outdoors. Our family adores the Hillside Villa and we hope that you, your family and friends will enjoy it as well.

Why they chose this property

The Hillside villa is very unique and one of a kind. There are so many amazing qualities to the property. Being on a corner waterfront hillside allows for tranquility and privacy. The property is lush with landscaping and vegetation. All three levels of the Villa face out onto the waterfront, there is no basement so every room has a view. You can feel miles away from everyone, yet 3 minutes to the closest Tim Horton's. You are also only minutes away from the wonderful and breathtaking Royal Botanical Gardens. The property allows you to enjoy water activates and an amazing indoor space. This is truly a unique property that allows you to be active, unwind in the hot tub or around the firepit while enjoying luxury and being surrounded by nature.
