Clean beach near to home

Great communication, and accurate listing in every aspect. Would recommend it to anyone. The beach is just at walking distance and my kids loved the pool and themed rooms.

5 Stars!

This house had all the qualities that we wanted in our vacation home: it was near to the beach, had supermarts and restaurants in close vicinity, and was fully furnished with a little pool. The themed room was just wow, really putting us into the beachy vibes with its attractive wallpapers and the cute tree-house styled bed (it was an experience to sleep in it!). so I'm very glad we chose this property. I'll choose it again for my next vacation too, without a second thought.

Loved the beach view

Tbh not many times does it happen that you return from a vacation 100% satisfied, THANKS TO THIS HOUSE for making our vacations P-E-R-F-E-C-T! Thanks for making my always-whining-never-happy kids the happiest creatures in the world. They made a best friend out of the pool and roamed around the entire house in joy! The beach and markets are very close to this home. This review comes straight from the heart of a genuinely happy mom!!! Thoroughly loved it.

Recommended who love beach!

Things that deserve 5 stars: The pool, kitchen, beach theme room, The house itself! Things that deserve 1 star: Nothing A straightforward review from a straightforward person. I would've mentioned it if there were something off about the house but no there isn't! I have already recommended it to my trusted friends and colleagues. I tell you pls don't risk your money on some other rental house, book this one and chill!

Great house! Community pool not yet open as of our stay.

PROS: •The property itself was perfect for a large group. 5 full bathrooms! •Fully stocked spacious modern kitchen. •Comfortable beds. •Short walk to the beach. •Clean (ish)...see CONS •Villatel management VERY communicative, professional and friendly. CONS: •On the listing there is a photo of a community riverfront pool, however, it is not yet up and running, which was not stated on the listing. •The pool at the house was nice, but had absolutely no sun the entire day except from 2:00-3:00 and it was only sunny on about 1/10th of the pool. It was chilly and breezy out back in January. The row of houses on the opposite side of the street had full sun on their pool the entire day, so that was a bummer. •The sheets in the master bedroom and theme room were dirty. Was not thrilled to get in bed past midnight and then have to wash the sheets before going to bed. HOWEVER...management was apologetic and we were satisfied with their resolution.
