Lovely little spot on the beach

Perfect vacation spot for our group of 4. Located right by the beach and pier. Easy access to dining/shopping locations.

If you are going down to have a place on the right on the beach for easy access then this is a great place. if you like to sit on you back patio and watch the sun come up, this is not the place. the dunes block your vision of the ocean. But other than that it had great value with the location.

great location, kitchen needs to have updated and more pots and pans. It was very hard to cook meals there. Had trouble keeping the front door shut. A/C stuggled to keep unit cool considering it was a small place

Loved the place. Suggestions would be screens on doors, guest toilet needs to be secured better, fan blades drooping, and price needs to be more competitive.. really cute cottage feel

Perfect for beach days

Loved that you could walk out the back door right to the beach. It is the perfect house for those beach days. It was nice and quiet. A relaxing trip for my family. It's not really within walking distance to resturants but you cam easily drive 5-10 minutes away for restaurants and shopping.

Needs an overhaul

Steps to beach, literally, is best thing about this property. It has been used hard and needs some TLC. Clean but there are ants. The bed mattress in one of the bedrooms is well worn, and the paint and trim need quite a bit of work whether from age/use, or water damage. There is no dishwasher (and there needs to be).
