Guest suite with private entrance at NW Calgary

This place is a walk out basement with private entrance, a big room with big windows and door, a queen bed, sofas, tv, microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker and a full bath.

Free parking -the house is located on a Cul-de-sac and free street parking is available.

Free wi-fi around 250 MBPS speed.

No kitchen, washer, dryer is available.

Pets, smoking and cooking are not allowed inside the room.

Only 80 min drive to Banff town, 25 min to Downtown, 20 min from YYC airport.
Close to shopping centre (5 min) - walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drug. Lots of restaurants to dine or to order.

Guests must show their valid Government issued ID after booking. If not provided, the host has the right to cancel the guest's instant booking.

This is a basement suite with walkout entrance door. Owner lives in this house. You may hear foot steps, noises from appliances, for example, microwave, dish washer, washer and dryer. You may also hear water flushing down. The owner tries to keep the noise level down.

Calgary nights are chilly and we have provided a portable heater. There is no separate furnace for the basement. It is house’s central heater.

This place is not baby proofed. Children 2-12 are welcome if they can share the same bed with their parents. Children stays free when accompanied by an adult.

Shah and Raushan offer a very large room / entire suite for your stay. i rented from them for six weeks while i was working a project in Calgary. plenty of room to set up my home office, which is a big thing to me. private entrance, bar fridge, microwave, large TV (never used it), separate bathroom of course. off-street parking. their home is in a residential cul-de-sac, so very quiet. large mall a mile away. excellent access to Stony Trail. good communicators.

This was a beautiful property and perfect for my stay as a single traveler. I had quick communication with the property owners at the beginning of my stay, and they provided me privacy the remainder of my stay. Beautiful backyard to enjoy the sunshine, the suite is wonderfully furnished and stocked with a mini fridge and coffee maker. I will say the parking is not the best, it's in a cul-de-sac so there are really only 2 places to park close to the property (if available). Also, the suite is accessible through the backyard where you need to navigate over grass, small stones and downhill, therefore I wouldn't recommend this property for those with mobility restrictions. All in all, a beautiful property and I would definitely rent again next time I'm in town.

Location to get to Calaway Park was great. Nice neighbourhood. Room was a good size. Bed, linens, seating were all good. A few things could have been better. Lighting is very poor in the room. We only had 2 towels and no washcloths for 3 days. The bathroom amenities looked like their personal things, but we had our own. We found a dirty sock behind the door and a cutlery wrapper on the floor. There was an unpopped glitter balloon hanging from the ceiling in the entry way. They mentioned a kettle but when I wanted to make tea, there was no kettle. Overall, it was fine.

Great Value For The Stay

The check in process was simple, and when we got inside, it was very clean, with everything that we needed set up for us. It is a very nice home, and the owners are great, checking in if we needed anything during our stay. I would recommend!
