It is immaculately presented, very secure and found in a brilliant location- it’s a 2-minute stroll to everything the town has to offer including the beach, Horse-Drawn Tram, Granite Island, Ocean St, Cockle Train, Farmers Market, SA Whale Centre, great Cafés and restaurants, playgrounds... so leave the car at home!
The space
An inviting neutral colour palette with new furnishings will greet you at the front door. A wide hallway with high ceilings will transition you through this charming home to access all bedrooms and living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for easy food preparation including new high-quality appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and a basic starter pantry.

The traditional main living room has a lovely ambience and includes a smart TV with Netflix, comfortable modern lounge and a bookshelf that contains books, boardgames and toys to entertain the family.

The house includes 2.5 bathrooms for guests to utilise with the rear bathroom being newly renovated and includes an in-built laundry. There is also a separate powder room.

The sunroom/dining captures the beautiful afternoon sunlight which makes it the perfect place for shared meals and drinks. Alternatively, an all-weather alfresco area at the rear is fitted with café blinds, BBQ, heater and looks out to a manicured backyard.

- No more than 8 guests are able to be accommodated
- No parties of any kind are tolerated
- Not available for schoolies, hens or bucks shows
