It is an upstairs unit in a block of only 4, located just 5 minutes walk from the Victor Harbor town centre and a hop step and jump across the Esplanade to a quiet swimming and walking beach. The apartment has been newly renovated with a complete new kitchen (photos to come), painted throughout and new floorings, making it even more comfortable and clean. Listen to the waves and watch for whales from the comfort of your sofa or perhaps take a bike ride on the designated trail that runs straight past your door. Or you may like to take in some fishing from the jetty or get a little closer to the penguins on a evening tour on Granite Island - both just 5 minute walk. You can also access the Hysen Trail from the apartment to hike for an hour or a day.
The main rooms and balcony offer 180 degree uninterrupted ocean views taking in the Bluff, the beautiful Granite Island and the causeway.

The living/dining area has a dining setting, a roomy linen couch and recliner just made for laying back and watching the waves roll in - also a TV/DVD with a library of DVD's. The full service kitchen includes stove, oven, fridge, microwave, puratap and dishwasher. The reverse cycle air conditioner keeps you comfortable all year round. The balcony has a two seater outdoor setting, ideal for a cuppa and the morning paper! There also is free WiFi.
