This home features 4 bedrooms, open plan living opening onto a generous deck offering horizon sea views, en-suite and family bathroom with a separate shower and bath plus a good size single garage with laundry.

Heat pump / air-con, double glazing, deck with ocean views, and big backyard. Kitchen has a dishwasher, lounge has dining table, comfy couches, and large flat screen TV with Netflix, Neon and Disney plus.

One minute drive or five minute walk to Baylys Beach. Baylys is 10 minutes from Dargaville, 1 hour from Whangarei and 2 1/2 hours from Auckland. Within walking distance is the beach, Sharky’s licensed dairy & takeaway and close by is the golf course. The golden sand beach known as Ripiro beach is New Zealand’s longest drivable at 107km and boasts great fishing, surfing, relaxation and picture perfect sunsets.

Bayleys Beach Spot

Great time despite the weather! Had awesome communication and helpful written instructions! Relaxed environment really great for families and space to play! Only thing were beds might need upgrade at some point but a minor detail! Thanks again for awesome stay !

Baylys Beach - Matt's place

We had a wonderful time at Matt's place in Baylys Beach. The house was really lovely, clean and new, and had all the basics you need (except for wine glasses and ice trays, but they might not be staples for everyone!). :-) The beach is nice and close but be prepared for an uphill hike back to the house. There was a great information sheet to give us ideas of what to do and see around the area, and Matt was really easy to deal with. Thanks again Matt!
