Nice stay

House was good for what we needed. TV’s worked well and kids liked playing games. A lot of work to clean up for two nights. Probably would recommend paying the linen fee if I were to do it again.

First night the hot water system burst causing a lot of water in the down stairs area. Hot water system was replaced next day but had no further assistance with mopping up water. Had to use our own towels but carpet was still very wet. The smell of the wet carpet was awful/over bearing. Was very concerned regarding to safety as our 5yo granddaughter had two nasty falls due to slipping on tiles due to wet feet from walking on wet carpet in bedroom.

Hi Loretta, it was very unfortunate that the hot water unit burst in the middle of the night. We spoke with you at 7am Saturday morning and immediately arranged for the unit to be replaced which happened within a few hours, we are very sorry for the inconvenience that this caused.
