Completely remodeled from top to bottom Gateway Villas condo with pool is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath beach condo. The decor is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you are truly at a beach home. Updated kitchen with all the essentials of home including seating for up to 6 at the dining table and breakfast bar. Our beach condo also includes 3 brand new flat screen Smart TV's (50" in family room and 39" in the bedrooms), a DVD player and free Netflix service, Free wifi, washer and dryer, hardwood flooring throughout, new comfortable beds and two spacious bathrooms. Other great features are hair dryer, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and two light weight spa bathrobes. From your great room, master bedroom, kitchen and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. Sunsets from your lanai are gorgeous.

The amenities at Gateway Villas include a large heated pool, shuffleboard and grill. Located in the much desired North-end of island and it is only a short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square) and restaurants. Gateway Villas is in walking distance to Bowditch Point Park where you can see the local wildlife and catch a trolley to any destination on the island. Location: A+. On semi private beach, yet close (walking distance) to Time Square. Super clean! Well equipped with any amenity you can think of. Check-in/Check-out instructions very clear. Thanks for great condo!

Perfect in every aspect. Please tell the owners how wonderful their condo is —— from the location on the beach—- to decorating and all of the thoughtful provisions!!! Hope to return next year! Beach umbrella &/or bikes would be the only items that might be nice to consider adding !! But certainly not critical😊 We loved staying there 150%👍🏻

Beachfront Condo

This was our second time staying here and it is a great little condo! You are beach front with all the amenities you need. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner or bake cookies and brownies which we did! I do wish the master bedroom had blinds or drapes for some privacy and if you choose to sleep in it would be nice. As well I feel like the fans are too slow to allow any air flow since you can only turn air down to 72. We had to go get several fans. I understand you can’t have air conditioning set super low because it can freeze up but the fans on low is just pointless. It was a good vacation nonetheless!

Great Location

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella was great! Location was perfect, just half mile walk to town square. The only complaint I would have is the inability to turn the ceiling fan speeds up. They are on a speed setting so low that you can’t even feel the air from them. It made it hard to sleep at night because the thermostat couldn’t be turned any lower than 72 either. My husband and I like a cooler room to sleep, so this was a bit annoying. Also, on our last day a Tripower employee delivered a floor fan to the condo for the next renters. Two issues, one- he didn’t knock at all, just unlocked door and barged into our condo while we were there which took us off guard; second I wished I had known there were fans available for our use to make the room temperature more comfortable during our stay.

Fabulous Condo and Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It's on the north and QUIET end of the island and yet we could walk to everything and get into the "craziness" as much or as little as we wanted. We ate at restaurants that have been there since 1980 and 1997. Amazing grouper sandwiches wherever we went. Highly recommend this condo.

This condo was in the perfect location for us- quiet area but also just a short walk to the busy part of the island. The condo is updated, clean, nicely decorated and has all the conveniences of home. The view from the large lanai is gorgeous and is perfect for lounging with that morning cup of coffee. This did not disappoint. We would love to come back!

This condo is beautiful and very clean. It looks just like the pictures in the VRBO post(no surprises) Most accommodating amenities in condo - coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, spices, and welcome treat basket... More than your usual VRBO.

Beautiful Updated Property

Pictures don’t do this property justice! Everything was perfect. They even provided a few days worth of personal items until you can get to the store. We walked everywhere and didn’t need a car. The trolley is available if you wanted to go further down the island. Overall we fell in love with the area and we will return!

Great condo

Condo was beautiful and beach was quiet but an easy 12 minute walk to restaurants. We saw dolphins every day and loved walking to Bowditch Point Park each morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout and decor of the condo was perfect! The view was gorgeous! We enjoyed early mornings, lunches and sunsets on the lanai. So peaceful to get to hear the ocean rolling in. Condo pool also so lovely! 3 inconveniences: 1) bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. I washed it, but was disappointed with the amount of money we paid to have to do so. 2). Our stay was just before the beaches & restaurants were shut down for the coronavirus pandemic...3 rolls of toilet paper was not enough for our family of 4 for a week, definitely should have had a few extra rolls in the cabinets. 3) dishes needed to be cleaned and out of dishwasher when we left- kind of a pain, it’s so easy to load the dishwasher and start it as you are headed out the door.
