Relax at Magnolia (974525) and enjoy the secluded beauty of nature with a year round mountain view. Your view includes the monument of Brasstown Bald, the tallest point in Georgia. Sit back in one of the 4 Amish rocking chairs on the deck. Our fully furnished mountain home has three bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen is located on the main floor with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A vaulted ceiling living area has a 50' Flat SCREEN TV, Blueray DVD player, wood burning fireplace along with the master bedroom on the main level. Downstairs is a separate living area with TV, stereo, full bathroom and washer and dryer.
Enjoy feeding the birds from the bird and hummingbird feeders. There is an outside fire pit, grill and chairs to enjoy the view from a stone patio. See for miles. A beautiful private location.

The home has central heat and air along with wireless internet. Come and enjoy a home decorated in mountain decor with one of the best views in Hiawassee Georgia, just a short drive to the middle of town.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Put TVs on cable tv on departure day if Netflix or other device used. TVs. REMOTES back in front of TVs. If not a $50 tech fee will be assessed.
DOGS ONLY Clean/vacuum up any dog hair and pet droppings outside. If any cats, deposit is forfeited. (due to owner/housekeeper allergies)
NO cigarette butts outside. Day of departure, turn off all lights, LOCK all doors. Put key in key box, MIX UP numbers.

Love this place in Hiawassee

We as an entire family love this house many reasons, but mainly for the view! It accommodates us all so well, and it’s pet friendly and we have dogs who love to stay here too!

Anniversary in the mountains

Perfect weekend getaway for us and our 2 dogs! Nice, clean home within easy driving distance of the lake, restaurants, grocery, etc. We will definitely be coming back!

Long weekend getaway to the area. Property was great / view is beautiful. Everything was very clean / beds very comfortable. The stairs to the bedroom downstairs are steep but there is a railing to hold. We saw deer and rabbits in the neighborhood every day. Close to town with nice grocery store and good restaurants. We did hiking tails and paddle boards on Lake Chatuge. Great activities in area and the cabin is good location for all of these activities.
