Beautiful view from the condo. Bedding and towels clean. Could use some TLC, paint, cleaning in the corners. Hosts were lovely. Building only had 2 of 3 elevators working. We just used the stairs except for check in and check out.
Our stay at Ana's condo in CondoTorreMar at Sunscape...
As a family of 5, this unit was very accomodating and comfortable for all of us. The location was great - had access to the hotel pool as well as being right on the beach. The security at the front gate kept everyone out that should not be there. We felt very safe. The unit is on the 9th floor so great views of the bay and surrounding area from the patio deck - we sat out there every day and most nights. Depending on the amount of cooking you are wanting and going to do, the kitchen was fairly compact. But with so many great places to eat, why spend all your time cooking? I know you can purchase a day pass for the all-inclusive option, however, it would be amazing if they would do a deal for the condo people for say, one-day per week at an "awesome" price. Almost $400 for a family was a little steep for 9-5. This way, you could also experience the full feeling of what the hotel itself offers. All in all, our experience was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very communicative and helpful while we were there. Any issue that came up was quickly resolved and we were happy. Thank you Ana.

Didn’t know the beach access and pool access was restricted as there is a review on the condo stating the pool was still allowed to be used. We found out only after booking the non refundable reservation that the pool and beach access is restricted and we were not allowed to use it. Explaining to my kid why he couldn’t have fun in the pool while he looked down from the balcony was hard. It was a Christmas vacation and the whole point of booking this condo was to have pool use and easy beach access or I wouldn’t have spent what I spent to book.Me and my son have used VRBO in the past to rent 6-7 times, every year around christmas to book a week stay at the Sunscape condos. We will not be returning after this. It’s false advertising to leave the review up which said there was pool access and “direct beach access”. The condo in itself is a bit rough around the edges. There was a saw grinding noise that made it hard to sleep past 6 am (another condo must be doing Reno’s above us. The sound carries through the vents. Sometimes it’s all day, every 3-5 min the weird saw/grinding noise would not stop from 6 am until 10 pm or later.) we found out it wasn’t rennos it’s the elevator grinding while going up and down and will always be an issue. Towels need to be replaced, the shower is barely hanging on for life the handle is very loose, there was weird squeaking noises coming from the toilet (air stuck in the lines) . The built in air system/conditioner/vent is very loud and rattles

As we explained in detail to the guest, access to the hotel facilities is not prohibited, in fact, if you wish to use them, you can purchase a DayPass in any of its different options, which allows you to eat and drink as much as you like, as well as use facilities such as the pool, AquaPark, tennis courts, etc.
Beach access is free, and all the necessary equipment is available for a comfortable experience. Perhaps the guest previously stayed at the Sunscape Hotel instead Condomar, where she booked in our Condo, with the best location in the city and a privileged view of the sea and city.
However, that doesn't mean everything is included in her reservation. As we explained, there are many places she could go and enjoy, such as watching the yachts, waverunners, or parasailing, but of course, these activities, like eating and drinking, have an additional cost. Although the condo has everything you need for your stay in terms of amenities, it doesn't provide food or drinks. However, we are the only ones who offer free ultra-purified bottled water throughout your stay, as well as equipment for preparing food and drinks, or, as mentioned, all you need for going to the beach.
Elevator installation begins at 11:00 am, so there couldn't have been any noise before then.
During your stay, there were winds at night, which may have caused some noise due to being on the 9th floor.
