The perfect getaway for the whole family! With space for at least 12 guests this is the ideal spot for your family vacation to the popular Ark Encounter themed attraction or the local Williamstown area. Make the most of your time in Williamstown in this gorgeous, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home less than 5 miles from the Ark Encounter. Enjoy the beautiful back yard and deck overlooking the wooded portion of the property. Guests may walk the unmaintained trails at their own discretion.



The Space:

This spacious bi-level home has plenty to offer for the whole crew! 2 queen bedrooms (one with an attached full bathroom), a bedroom with 2 bunks and two twin cots, and bunk bed in the finished basement all provide plenty of places for guests to sleep in comfort. You will find a kitchen equipped with all the basic essentials for everyday cooking, and a second full bathroom the main level. The spacious basement offers plenty of room for activities as well as a giant couch and TV, an upright piano, laundry facilities, and the previously-mentioned bunk bed.

Outside you will find a deck just off the kitchen, as well as a backyard deck overlooking the woods. Enjoy this semi-secluded property with the whole family!



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

We rented this house while in the area to see the Ark encounter and Creation museum. It was PERFECT! Super close to the ark which was great and yet out in the country. Nice large house and yard for the kids to unwind at after a day touring. My hubby and I went with my MIL and our 7 little kids (ages 9-0) and we had PLENTY of space! They provided all the basics, plus extra (pack and play, lots of kitchen items for cooking, coffee, tea, and sugar, board games, toys, plenty of towels, etc). We also loved the "wall of guests" in the kitchen and enjoyed seeing where people had all come from :) We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Great spot for a group!

Wonderful place in a quiet area but close to the Ark Encounter and not too far to drive to the Creation Museum. There was plenty of sleeping spots for our mostly teenage crew. They also had a good selection of games and toys for our younger kids!

Great location for the Ark Encounter!

The location was great if you are going to see the Ark Encounter. You can see it from the front of the house! It was as described on VRBO and clean. The rental company was attentive and made check-in and out easy. We would stay again.

Excellent property

I would give this house a ten. It was very clean and location was perfect for visiting the creation museum and ark. I will be recommending this place for friends I know who want to visit that area. Would definitely choose this house again. Communication with owner was great.

Close to the Ark get away

It was in the country nice and quiet. Easy to access the Highway. The house was clean and that is a big deal. the way it was advertised was exactly how it was about being close to the Ark Encounter. . We all had plenty of room to move around. We had just a few concerns the bathroom at the end of the hallway on the left had a very slick surface even when dry might want to check this out hard to keep your footing someone could fall we had to very careful when getting a shower. The other bedroom at the end of the hallway on the right side not sure those were real mattresses on the bunk beds and not just a box spring. Very uncomfortable. Would not recommend sleeping on those unless they get new mattresses. The bunk beds in the downstairs area were very comfortable. No other issues overall was great. Thank you !
