We were doing a girls getaway and this house was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk downtown Lake Mills through the shops and have lunch. We then drove to Cambridge and Fort Atkinson, which were also charming. The house itself was great. We just wished we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the outdoor space of the patio and fire pit. Extremely clean and comfortable and our host, Derek was most accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend this house.

If it were possible, I would have given more than 5 stars for communication with host. Derek and Mary were quick to answer any questions and provided a lovely "home away from home." Even though set in a neighborhood, the backyard had a beautiful, natural privacy screening that created an oasis for meals, or drinks, outside.I would highly recommend the Edgewater Supper Club. My friend and I went spur of the moment for a very early dinner and were able to be seated without reservations. It was wonderful!

Location was perfect for us only 12 minutes from our daughters house. House was adorable! Had plenty of room for our family. The layout of the house is perfect for everyone's needs. Big open concept kitchen to living room and dining room. Communication with the owner was great. No complaints here! Looking forward to next years birthday weekend so we can re- book and stay again!

Great location, well appointed kitchen, cozy, and a quiet neighborhood. Wide variety of books and games for use, and very walkable to main street shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Derek was great to work with - communicated any updates and was very responsive to questions. Close to downtown Lake Mills and short drive into Madison. Was a nice home- clean, nicely laid out. Two full bathrooms. Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay went off without a hitch. The house was clean, all amenities worked, and the property manager was very accommodating. The beds are extremely comfy, and the backyard fire pit was a super nice place to hang out along with the basement area!

This comfy, cute home was a great place to spend time with our family. We had a lot of options of what to do - ping pong, foosball, hang out in a well kept back yard, and a cute small town to explore.

Great little house close to town

My husband and I have been coming to LM for years now. We stayed here with friends for the annual ice festival. It was perfect walking distance to town. The house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommended the burgers at Sportsman's Pub! Would also consider staying at this house again.

Cute cottage get away!

Nice quiet neighborhood, we loved and spent time in the private back yard and the flower gardens are so pretty!The house was neat and clean, plenty of room for all. Everyone commented on the unique artwork throughout the house.Had pizza at the Pizza Pit, (delicious), visited the Lewis Station Winery and the local farmer’s market. Just a really nice small town! The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions!
