Inside, you'll enter into a light and spacious main living space with beautiful wood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and an open floor plan. Relax on the leather sofas in front of the flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player. Enjoy your morning coffee at the four-person dining table next to the living space, or head into the eat-in kitchen where there's a six-person table with room for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of space to prep your favorite meals, plus updated amenities like granite countertops, tile floors, and stainless steel appliances.

A sliding glass door leads out to the amazing outdoor space. You'll have an outdoor table under the covered patio with seating for six, plus a gas grill for cooking up your BBQ favorites.

The second bedroom features a flatscreen TV, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds and another TV. The full hall bathroom has granite countertops and updated finishes.

When you're ready to explore the area, it's easy to simply head to the beach just eight miles away. From sunbathing and sand castles to jet skiing and windsurfing, there are plenty of fun tropical activities to discover.

You'll find plenty of amenities and restaurants in the surrounding area, plus downtown Fort Myers is only about 10 miles away for additional options. For practicing your swing, take your pick from several local golf courses with beautiful grounds.

There is no street parking, commercial vehicle or trailer overnight parking allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
