So cozy

We stayed 10 days b/c we were visiting a new grandbaby. This house checked ALL the boxes for a fairly lengthy stay - very comfortable furniture (and enough of it), extremely well-equipped kitchen, great artwork, quiet neighborhood, more than adequate parking, 10 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

This rental was very comfortable for our stay for 3 adults and 1 child. It was a home that had been remodeled nicely. Big TV and large living area with comfortable seating. They allowed our grandson's dog for a fee which a lot of rentals do not allow pets.

Stayed 8 days here. Beds super comfy. Awesome TV and living space. Office was great. I work remote. Close to downtown and highways to get where you need to get to. Had to contact the guest contact about the dish washer and got everything fixed asap. 10/10 would stay here again.

Greatest rental. Thanks for sharing. Location, amenities, ease of access and departure made this stay most fantastic. The place was spotless, highest quality of everything from appliances, linens, sundry items. My only comment is they really could charge a lot more. Should I return to this area again I do hope this listing is available!

Electrical issues

When we arrived at the property, we were very impressed. Had everything that we needed except the next morning when we went to blow dry our hair the outlets in both bathrooms did not work contacted property manager. They said they would send somebody out to flip the breakers which we were more than capable of doing, still no electricity in both bathrooms outlets. They did say they were going to call an electrician so hopefully they have done that before the next guests.

Wonderful gathering place

We went to Austin for the solar eclipse. My husband and I were looking for a clean, quiet place to share with my sister and BIL. We liked the layout of the house, which allowed each couple some privacy, but with access to all the gathering/cooking spaces. We really appreciated the separate office space, which several of us made use of. We loved the neighborhood! Walkable, quiet streets were great, and the city park about 10 minutes’ walk away was so inviting! Luckily, we left our dog at home because the fence in the back yard has a basketball-sized hole in it. The small back yard is less friendly that it could have been, due to a lack of chairs. We had folding chairs with us, though, so it wasn’t too much of a problem. No grill was an issue, which we remedied by purchasing a small grill we left at the house. My sister and I love to cook and we made some great dinners there. We hope the owners will add a toaster to the kitchen equipment, though.
