The house is large, comfortable and in a great location for the purpose of our visit. We enjoyed the ample space of the rooms. The neighborhood is also very nice, and quiet, which we appreciated.

Quiet, clean home.

Great location and lots of room. We were in town for a funeral so didn’t get to enjoy much. Perfect place for the 6 adults. Thanks!

Mesa Marathon Stay

We traveled to Mesa for the Marathon and were delighted with the house we stayed in for our trip. Wonderful kitchen, back patio area and all the four bedrooms were in great condition. In the three properties we have stayed in for this trip the past three years it was the best!

Great Location

Great location for us since most of our activities were based in Mesa. Was disappointed that the pool heater was not working at the time. Otherwise nice property.

Inside was great.

The inside was great. The pool/spa only worked the last evening of my stay and this is why i rented this house, so listing was misleading.

MN visitors

Wish we knew that the pool was not heated - we came from Minnesota and would have loved to be able to use the pool but other than that the house and property was great

Wedding Trip

Very nice place in a quiet subdivision. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and the check in/check out process was very easy. Only thing we noticed is that the floors were quite dirty. Noticed our son’s clothes and hands were dirty after crawling around for a couple of minutes. Other than that the place was amazing.

The house and yard was as great as the pictures, the only thing issues where the pool was not working correctly when we arrived and wasn’t working until the pool maintenance person came 4 days after my arrival, then it was wonderful

Beautiful house

House was very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen needs baking sheets. Out doors furniture and tables were very dirty. Out door grill was very dirty and no tools to cleaning. Grise in pan was fool. It took 2 times to empty the grise. We have to use paper towel to clean the grillOther wise a very nice stay.

Mother's day stay

Property appearance was nice. Hot tub pump didnt work so we were unable to use it. Cafe lights did not work so the patio area was poorly lit. Couch was pretty worn and not very comfortable. But the grandkids didnt care. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for the family. Everyone slept comfortably and had fun in the pool. If everything had been in good working order our stay would have been even better.

Not as clean

The house is beautiful, but unfortunately the house was not clean. The floors were dirty, windows were gross, fridge had sticky stuff on it. Outside the grills look like they have never been cleaned, and they were full of debris. The pool was fine and the house was is beautiful and very nice location. Unfortunately we had no power for almost 3 days and had to cancel our plans on Friday, as I have 2 teenage daughters and they were not going anywhere without hot water. So overall I would not ever come back to this place.

The pool and hot tub were cold when we arrived but we were able to get them up to temp by the 2nd day of stay. This may be just to conserve electricity so we can understand that. Check in process was easy. House is very nice but the furniture in the living room particularly the sofabed was a little run down and could stand to be replaced. Couldnt get the TV to work without using an extension cord and one of the lights was missing a lightbulb in living room so couldnt use it. Many of the blinds on the windows couldnt be opened or closed easily due to missing parts. These were all fairly minor things and didnt stop us from enjoying our stay we just wanted to make suggestions to help improve the property for future guests.

Disappointing experience

Nice, large home in a lovely neighborhood. However, there was something wrong with the water lines and we continually experienced banging and rattling of water pipes behind the refrigerator and under the kitchen sink. A plumber was called but never showed up.While the family room furniture is nice, it is not very comfortable. There were many items we would have expected to be provided that were not such as dishwasher pods, extra paper towels, foil, baggies, waste baskets in every bathroom, a pen and scratch pad, dish cloths. The rugs in the master bedroom were filthy and I had to wash them before using. There are no TVs in the upstairs bedrooms or in any of the sitting areas except for the living room. The downstairs thermostat doesn't work. For the price we paid, I was not impressed.

We had such a wonderful stay in this home. It was clean and everything needed was provided. The back yard area was clean, especially the pool! We 100% recommend this stay. Only suggestion is updating the couches in the living area. They are sagging and the material is not comfortable. We did not spend any time lounging in the living area as we spent most of our time in the back yard or out and about. The area in which this home is located was perfect for our stay and felt very safe.
