Our stay was great. The room was just right for our needs. We didn't need to use the kitchenette much, as we ate out for most of the trip, however the dining table was a bit small for eating in if necessary. The location was great too. Calm, quiet and refreshing! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay

We needed a place for just a few days while we prepared our sailboat for a summer in the Florida sun before we returned north to Pennsylvania. I’m glad I found this apartment. The place was very nice, comfortable bed and all we needed in the kitchen. The back deck was screened in and we saw deer on several occasions. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. Being a gated community with a guard at the entrance gave us a feeling of safety. We definitely recommend this place.

Ravines Stay

We absolutely loved staying here. It wasn’t a vacation as we are moving to a new home nearby but needed a place to just rest up til we closed. This was ideal. Rustic feel on the outside. Beautiful scenery. Lots of deer. We took hikes in the late afternoons along the path. Sad and read a lot. Such a peaceful place. And very affordable, clean with ever wr needed. Definitely recommend

Thanks for staying with us Sandra! We are very happy we could offer you a relaxing place to stay before your home was ready! We have been seeing a lot of deer, turkey and rabbits this spring! Very enjoyable to watch! Thank you for letting us host you and welcome to the neighborhood! Bart & Sue

Review

It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future

Thanks for staying with us Randall - our phone # is in all of the emails that you are sent and is posted in the apartment. The phone # on the exterior of the building is not ours. All of the additional towels are right in the closet. We would have been more than happy to answer your questions or respond to an email if we had heard from you, but we never did. We always set things up for the # of guests in the reservation so it's important for that to be correct and if it isn't, to reply back to our messages when we are confirming your reservation & providing your arrival information. We repeat it multiple times to be sure. Thanks so much! Bart & Sue
