OMG the view!!! Stayed with my husband and 8 year old son. The living arrangements were fantastic, quiet, and the property was beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen, Pool on site was great, fun little putting green, outdoor showers to wash your gear off, right next to the bike path and in walking distance to lots of Hawaiian favorites, Bubba Burger is a must try. Lots of beach chairs, a cooler and ice packs were a huge bonus! 10/10 will be back

Bed linens were poor. Unit dated. Charges were much higher than if we had rented directly from the resort. Location was excellent. View could not be better and swim able beach near by. Easy walk to Kapaa center.

Pricing reflects the oceanfront location, one-bedroom loft layout with a King, Queen, and Twin bed currently provided, and seasonal demand, which is comparable to other units in the area. We appreciate your stay and are happy you were able to enjoy the beach and surrounding area during your visit.

This very clean beachfront condo was perfect for us. Communication was easy and access was even easier. The condo was very clean and quiet. We appreciate it being able to walk into town. We could see the whales in the far distance blowing spouts. The water in front of the condo was perfect for teaching my niece how to snorkel. We had a fantastic week and we’ll probably return in the future.

Nice vacation spot

Unit had a nice east-facing view. Beach a bit narrow but atmosphere relaxed. Centrally located so easy drive north/south to other beaches.

Great location and views. Very clean and welcoming. The living room furniture is actually updates from photos and has two recliners now. Such an easy place to walk by the icean or into town for a large choice of food options. We only used our rental one day for a quick trip to Poipu. The resort has a lot of easy to use recreational activities. Good communication with Property Manager.

Paradise!

This unit was the perfect location, clean and close to shopping/ restaurant. Great walks along the ocean! Groundskeepers were always out keeping the place looking great.

Great location and view

We only had a short stay. Property is exactly as described. Kitchen is very well supplied. Enjoyed have beach towels and chairs available. Host was very easy to work with and helpful.

Perfect ocean view

Great location. Rooms all had fans and AC. Bed was too soft for me but others might like. The apartment is dated and we had issues with the sliding door but other than that everything was fine. Property is great. Pool,hot tub, walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Quiet clean and functional

The family needed a place with a washer and dryer (which was conveniently downstairs of the building), a kitchen, and multiple beds for the kids, which this place was perfect for! The loft made it especially fun for the kids. Right on the ocean, and away from the road, the condo was quiet when we needed it to be.

Wonderful Property and View

We really enjoyed Pono Kai Resort...the property is beautiful and this unit has a spectacular view of the ocean with beautiful sunrises every day. The staff is very friendly here, maintenance around the property is very good and this unit is well stocked with everything you will need. We plan to return to this unit again...and we have been to Kauai many times... Mahalo!
