This apartment features 2 queen bed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for business or family stays. It includes laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, and 1 secure basement car park. The apartment is pet-friendly, allowing most pets with a limit of 2, provided dogs are kept on a lead in common areas and are house trained.

***Please Note*** due to being an apartment complex there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to minimum after 10pm, non compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and will result in a $500 fee. Please consider other places if this is your intention. We also have a no smoking/ vaping policy within the apartments both indoors and out. Non compliance will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Getting Around:
Braddon is very central to Canberra and within minutes to the Canberra City, you can use the tram, share scooters, ubers/ taxi and buses.
We have secure basement parking and their is also street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the Braddon. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.
