Seagrass on Sunset Bay is a unique home in an unspoiled location that truly deserves its place in the STR market as one of the most beautiful and well kept properties in the southern part of Bruny Island.
What makes this property unique
This property offers a Nordic style experience from the moment that you enter the home. The wooden interior awakens the senses by stimulating a sense of home and comfort and the beautiful scent of preserved wood permeates the home beautifully. Other features include heated bathroom floors, a very large walk in shower, laundry facilities, sustainable products throughout the home, a fully appointed kitchen including a coffee machine, a large and comfortable couch, a study and books, WiFi and a large native garden. There are many opportunities to spot wildlife on the property and incredible views of Sunset Bay from the back of the property, including from the comfortable Queen bed with hotel quality linen. A five minute walk will take you to the famous Hotel Bruny and into the township of Alonnah.
