On the main floor, you’ll find an inviting living room with a gas fireplace, a sunroom doubling as a dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a full bath, and two bedrooms. Ascend to the upper floor to discover the third bedroom with versatile sleeping options, a TV area, and a convenient half bath. Enjoy the comfort of central AC on the main floor and a window AC on the upper floor. Outside, the deck beckons with outdoor dining, seating, and a propane grill. Conveniently positioned between the beach and Main Street, Dennisport, this home offers easy access to both recreation and amenities!
This rental requires a 4-night minimum stay with check-in and check-out any day from June 29 to August 30. Otherwise, a 3-night minimum stay is required. Dogs are considered, but no smoking is allowed. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property for multi-week bookings.

Labor Day Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. Pictures from listing were exactly accurate. Location was great - relatively central on Cape Cod - roughly an hour to either point (Woods Hole in one direction, Provincetown in the other) and about 20 minutes to Hyannis. There was an issue mdi may through where the hot water did not work - within 3 hours of informing prop manager, a plumber arrived and the issue was fixed (on Labor Day Sunday).

Owner could care less about preparing the Rental. Not the money!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overpriced! Could not use the backyard, as the Deck hadn't been cleaned for years. The Adirondack plastic chairs still in storage and dirty so we could not use the firepit. the backyard deck furniture- just cheap and not usable.On top of all this- they never did landscaping- overgrown bushes, could even pull one car in the driveway with an overgrow shrub, easily never in years did they do anything. Not even cutting the grass. Lastly, more importantly toe injury of one of my quest. The staircase is in bad shape step are not to code- loose and broken steps.

Beautiful House for family vacation in the Cape

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in the Cape for our family vacation. The check in process was very easy as well as communication with the host. The house was clean, cozy and plenty of room for the 8 of us. We enjoyed cooking family dinners with the well stocked kitchen and relaxing on the back patio. The outdoor shower was amazing. Our doggies loved the backyard. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants - we had a wonderful time!

great house

The house was spacious and well appointed. It was new and as described. It had almost too much stuff that we had to put away to make room for ours. Having an empty cabinet for food would have been helpful. They stocked all the soaps and detergents and paper products which was so generous. I wish i knew though so i didn't pack all that stuff. Thoughtful ownership for sure! The house was very clean but the animal hair filled our socks from the throw rugs. These are very very minor complaints. House had everything and space for all of us to stretch out.
