Centrally located in the charming neighborhood of Dennis Port sits “Shades of Summer”, a well-appointed 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath traditional Cape and with gleaming new hardwood floors. Only half a mile from beautiful Inman Beach and a short distance to a great variety of authentic Cape Cod activities, this home is ideal for your next vacation getaway. Walk past the charming white picket fence and red front door and you will find yourself in a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and gas fireplace, with a dining room to the left. Right off the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen with pine cabinets, dishwasher, and eat-in area. Down the hallway from the kitchen is the first floor bedroom with a Queen bed, as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms offering plenty of room to spread out, the first with a Queen bed and the second with three Twin beds, along with a half bath. All bedrooms have window A/C units to keep you cool at night.

This lovely home also offers a private yard with a large furnished patio to bask in the beautiful Cape Cod weather, enjoy a quiet space for coffee in the morning, or have dinner under the stars. Also in the private yard is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. This is a dog-friendly home, so all family members, even the furry ones, can enjoy this great home!

Dennis Port is a fantastic place to spend your vacation with a variety of different activities. You can enjoy a quaint taste of old Cape Cod at the nearby Wee Packet restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Have a sunset drink with a water view at the open-air Ocean House Beach Front bar and an upscale dinner at the adjacent Ocean House restaurant. Don’t forget a stop for Ice Cream from the Sundae School on the way home! You have just as many options for nearby beaches including Inman Beach, Raycroft Beach and Sea St. Beach.

Great Home, Great Location

Great Location, to beach, Sundae School, Ocean House. Great walk up to Bucky's for coffee in the AM. Excellent Neighborhood. Will try to come back in the summer. Also, We now have a small dog that travels with us. I have used a couple OTHER companies to book in the past and was disappointed with the homes that allow dogs. I was so happy with this house, extremely clean, no odor's, no scent machines trying to mask odor's. I was so happy with this!

Cape Cod Family Vacation

My family of 6, plus our dog, had a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the ACs in the bedrooms worked well. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Del Mar reps (the property managers) were very responsive. There was an issue with the TV at check-in, which was promptly resolved the next day. I would recommend that a fan be provided for the living room, if not bring your own. We had a wonderful stay and would book this house again.

Lovely house in a perfect location - a quiet street in a perfect location. Easy walking distance not only to the beach, but also to many local gems -- Seaview park (nice walking trails, pickleball court, and kids' playground), Sundae School Ice Cream, Buckie's coffee, Rory's natural foods store, Dennis Port Yoga . . . couldn't have picked a better spot for a vacation.
