Welcome to “Le Zénith”, a peaceful retreat that seamlessly blends modern design with nature. This recently built, bright, and spacious chalet features elegant decor and a serene, wooded setting. Nestled on a private 2-acre property near Lake Memphremagog, it promises comfort, intimacy, and relaxation.



Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings while unwinding in the spa or by the comforting glow of the fireplace, perfect for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends. The harmonious atmosphere of “Le Zénith” invites you to recharge in a space where nature and modernity unite effortlessly.



Just a short walk away, a boardwalk trail with observation areas leads to Lake Memphremagog, completing this unique experience in the heart of nature.



Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

Great spot!

We spent a few days here and it was lovely - clean open space with a hot tub and fire place. Easy access to local towns. Would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the lake within walking distance of the property, fire pit outside. I would certainly recommend.

What a perfect spot and home layout for gathering! We held our annual strategic planning event here for our company over two days and couldn't have been more comfortable and pleased with everything. The place is welcoming, clean and very well stocked/furnished. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zenith Chateau! Very spacious, clean and well equipped. We were looking for a quiet, out-of the way retreat for a much needed rest and to cook and spend some time with family and nature. Exactly what we wanted! Ladies Getaway Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was the perfect setting for six ladies to unwind, meditate, cook, eat, drink, relax. So many lovely alcoves to unwind in, the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace, the hammock, the decks, the living room with glass walls. And we loved the boardwalks through the wetlands down to the lake. A magical setting. A short drive to town for some wonderful meal options and shopping.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, chalet luxueux, bien aménagé avec beaucoup de luminosité. Décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. L’endroit est chaleureux, difficile de ne pas apprécier le site. On a beaucoup profité des deux terrasses extérieures, elles sont bien aménagées et surtout bien situées. Le terrain est grand, bien entretenu et propice aux activités extérieures. L’endroit idéal pour relaxer en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons adore notre chalet Zénith ! Tout tout était parfait. Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjour et nous y retournerons . C'est notre deuxième réservation avec Hébergia et c'est pas la dernière. Magnifique chalet

Super chalet à la hauteur de nos attentes. La cuisine était bien équipé et que dire de la beauté du chalet avec son haut plafond en cathédral. Le petit coin dans le haut des escaliers avec les rideaux nous a servi de petite chambre pour notre bébé et c’était parfait! C’était aussi très apprécié de pouvoir amener notre chien avec nous pour ce beau séjour. Seul petit point négatif étaient l’état d’eau chemin à proximité du chalet. Prévoyez avoir un VUS pour vous y rendre dans les périodes de dégèle et/ou de pluie, les routes ne sont pas tapées et renfoncés beaucoup.

Très beau séjour ☺️

Notre séjour au Zenith a été des plus agréable. Chalet très bien équipé en cuisine! Très belle ambiance, confortable, calme et à quelques minutes de marche du bord de l'eau. Mon copain et moi y sommes allé en famille pour Noël mais nous y retournerons fort probablement avec un couple d'amis cet été pour profiter de nouveau.
