Awesome cottage in Franklin County TN

Beautiful cottage near the lake! Clean, has all the amenities for a great stay!! Loved it and enjoyed it thoroughly with my family over Thanksgiving weekend!

Bungalow close to lake

Perfect size rental for our family with fenced in yard for the dog. We had the perfect amount of space and great communication for check in. Brandy gave us some great options for nearby restaurants which were great! Thank you for letting us stay

Comfortable and Easy

I enjoyed our time at the blue cottage. The fence was great to have, and the amenities were incredibly comfortable. You could see deer in the field behind the house.

Extremely Cozy Cottage Loaded with Amenities

Our stay was wonderful at this property. Recently beautifully renovated. Very cozy stay with everything you need to feel at home while on your trip. Property manager is very responsive and helpful. Owners are very accommodating and open to suggestions to make the stay better for future guests. We had no complaints. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area

As Advertised Would Recommend a Few Upgrades

Very nice and clean. Easy check in process and good communication with host. The lake is close by as well as other areas to walk and swim. Would recommend more comfortable seating on the porch and in the living room for rainy days. Simply an ottoman would make a big difference. Overall a very nice place and had all necessary amenities.

Comfortable home in the woods of middle TN

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and attend the 2nd annual cavefest at The Caverns. They are a little over 30 minutes away. The renovation on the home was very tasteful. The tile work in the bathrooms was well done and classic. The yard is big and fenced in. Unfortunately our dog passed before we came so she couldn’t enjoy the big yard. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Just a lovely place to stay. Quiet neighborhood too.

The property was a perfect size for our family. We picked this spot based on the reviews price and pictures of the property, especially since it was close to the location for family outdoor wedding. Would definitely stay here again. Only Downside was not being informed the foot rests should not be used as the filling was coming out and they were already in bad shape. . Minor but cleaning quick was necessary for a baby.
