Great location and communication

Terrific spot to stay as we explored DC. A couple of minor maintenance issues, but communication was excellent and attentive. We loved our time.

Too much noise from street, very small bedrooms, too many issues with electrical outlets & lights, sinks already cloged!

Family DC Trip

The property was great. Our family of 9 fit comfortably in the home. It was so nice to be able to go back and make meals without having to eat out every meal. It was just a short drive to all the sights. One complaint was that the drier did not work. We were there for three days and accumulated some laundry. We had to pack wet clothes because the drier did not get up to temperature. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

Just a lot of hoops

Once we arrived the property was nice, layout was strange, but over all fit the family of 10. The booking process was a lot of hoops to jump through and having never had to send ids and selfies before a bit overwhelming, customer service was helpful but it was a long and frustrating process.

Maintenance issues

Booking the stay was a frustrating process. The need to submit real time photo identification of my government issued ID, and a photo of myself and me holding the ID seemed invasive. Following that process, i was not given the entry code until I called and asked for it. When we arrived, we found boogers and gobs of hair stuck to the walls in various places. The upstairs toilet drips on the downstairs toilet when flushed, so unfortunately, we found out the hard way, that if you are sitting on the toilet downstairs, you get dripped on. The lock on the door malfunctioned while we were there so the code they gave us no longer worked and we had to leave the back door unlocked to get back into the property. The bedding and curtains were stained. After all of these issues were reported with photo evidence, we were offered a 100 refund. 1/17th the cost of the stay. We were disappointed to say the least.
