Mostly great things to say.House was clean, cozy, and we stayed very warm during the cold days and colder nights. Living space was very open and was perfect for our family gathering. Could say 100 good things about the house, only have two negatives. Trash had to be thrown at the dumpster down the hill of the driveway in a dumpster in the street, Hull was a pretty busy street. Would have been nice to have a trash bin at the house but understand wildlife is an issue. Second was lumberjacks working directly behind the house on Monday morning. Probably not the property owners fault, but was definitely an early wake up call. Not big issues. Would 100% recommend and would definitely book again.
Three ladies 67-80ish. Great property, one step to enter and all level inside. Walk in shower in master and plenty of room for everyone to do their morning things. Great back porch and amazing front deck. Wildlife 20 feet off the deck and hummers everywhere. Safe neighborhood and house sits back off of Hull Road so there was zero road noise at night. I-We would definitely rent again.

Best Thanksgiving Week!
We stayed at this cabin over Thanksgiving week, and it was absolutely perfect. The views from the deck were stunning—waking up to the mountains every morning was such a treat. The cabin itself was cozy and had everything we needed to feel at home. The two fireplaces were a favorite spot for all of us to gather, especially in the evenings after a day of hiking and exploring Ruidoso's downtown area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking our meals a breeze. We even got to enjoy it outside on the deck, which felt so special. The little touches, like board games and super comfy beds, made it clear that a lot of thought went into making this place welcoming and homey. The location was great too—close enough to town for groceries and a bit of shopping, but far enough to feel peaceful and private. We also checked out Ruidoso Winter Park, Inn of the Mountain Gods, White Sands National Park, Picacho Land, and Bonito Lake, which was just a short drive away and a lot of fun.We loved seeing the wildlife on our drives around town and in the front yard - elk, wild horses, turkeys, and deer. Overall, this cabin was everything we hoped for and more. It made our Thanksgiving week so memorable, and we can’t wait to come back!
