Intown Contemporary: Prime street, fenced yard, bright and open concept design
Sure to be appreciated with it’s bright interior, high ceilings with skylights, quality furnishings, and great style!
Northside Modern Farmhouse is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.
Northside Modern Farmhouse is sure to be appreciated with it’s bright interior, high ceilings with skylights, quality furnishings, and great style! Everything about this house speaks to the comfort it provides, from location to the shady back yard to the new beds and linens.
On my own web site there 3D walkthrough imagery feature to guide yourself through the entire house, and you’ll have a good feel for the layout and style. The living/dining/kitchen area is one common space, with the two bedrooms separated on the south side of the house. No amenities are missing – double ovens, dishwasher, laundry, wifi/cable, two full bathrooms, and even a humidifier for those not used to the dry Montana weather.
The generous primary bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin bed, and there is a pack-n-play for those in the crib age-range.
Out the back door is a large, fully fenced yard with patio, flowers, picnic table, and firepit with Adirondack chairs. Just out the back door is a large bbq gas grill, and there is ample shade provided by the mature trees and lilacs. One gated parking spot is available in the back accessed from the alley, but there is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. Both doors to the house have keyless entry so you don’t have to walk around should you decide to park in back.
North Church Avenue is positioned between two busier, through streets which take the through traffic, so the neighborhood is much quieter than most. Additionally, the street is wide from the days when the trolley went up its middle (we missed those days!). The northeast neighborhood has a lot of assets, like a world class bakery, the Bozone Brewery, a bike shop and a few galleries, and most of all the historic working class architecture of Bozeman. In 5 minutes walking you can be on Main Street, a few blocks east brings you to Bozeman’s superb public library, Lindley Park, Bogart Park and summer pool, etc etc.
As with all Bozeman Cottage houses, the Northside Modern Farmhouse is equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!
Need more than one rental house? Bozeman Cottage has four other guest houses on this web site within a block (Northside Hideaway, Quilt Cottage, Fridley Cottage, and Garden Cottage).
The Northside Modern Farmhouse is a licensed and permitted tourist home facility through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, License # H310813. City of Bozeman Short Term Rental Permit STR20-00290.

The house is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
It is a dialed in vacation rental. Communication was great with helpful check in details and local tips. I highly recommend this Bozeman Cottage.
This house is super cute! Felt like home and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood and a beautiful short walk to downtown filled with yummy places to eat and fun places to shop. Also parks and playgrounds nearby for the little ones on top of a great backyard. Hope we get to stay here again in the future.

Great location, great amenities and great communication. Enjoyed having a great kitchen to cook dinners for local family and friends without always going out. Very comfortable. Would recommend staying at this lovely home.

We have rented this little house twice now and it is perfect for us for a week (or longer) in Bozeman. We are a family of 4 with boys ages 9 and 10. It’s on a quiet street that is walking distance from Main. It has a nice front porch and back yard. It is well appointed and (importantly) the beds are very comfortable.

Second time to stay at Bozeman Cottage and loved it even more. Spotless house, fully stocked to ‘live in like home’! Wonderful fenced yard to allow our corgi to romp in lush grass. Very convenient location to downtown and great restaurants! One of the best rentals we have ever had! Highly recommend! Owner very responsive!

Nicest Place in Bozeman
For the past 3 years we have been coming to Bozeman twice a year. Stayed all over the city, this house was probably the best. Perfect for 2-4 people, it is in walking distance to Main St. On the road to Bridger Bowl. Nice coffee/pastry spot practically next store (Wild Crumb). Extremely comfortable home on quiet street. There is a reason that this home stays rented most of the year. The owner is quick to respond and helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this great home. The open concept living space is wonderful for family to hang out. The proximity to downtown is an easy, nice walk with many restaurants nearby. Home was well equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal and even had full offerings of laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, spices, etc...
It's a huge bonus to rent a home that you don't need to buy all of these extra items for a short stay. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

I ran across this listing as we were going to Bozeman as our winter vacation and to celebrate my retirement at the same time. I looked at all of the reviews and all of them were 5 star so I thought I will book it. The house was in a perfect location plus one of the cleanest housed we have ever stayed in on vacations. Once I booked it I was contacted by the property manager = Paul immediately and we conversed a few time via email and he answers in a very timely manner. I also had the pleasure of meeting him as it snowed while we were there and he came to hook up the heater coils on the roof. He is a very personal gentleman and answers any and all question plus I feel he will go out of his way to help with any request you might have. If I’m ever back in Bozeman for a holiday trip. I will wait on this property if its booked when I am wanting to go. I was more than impressed with each and every detail. Paul was kind enough to send me typed out information of places to visit and some of the favorite places to dine. Good job Paul. Thanks so very much for this house, it takes a lot to impress me and my wife both but this one did it..

We're glad that you enjoyed the house as much as our other guests. We also look forward to having Rouse Ave project completed in a few weeks and that will wrap up all major street work in the area for a long time to come. If people would stop moving here then we wouldn't need to keep widening roads! But there's a good reason that people desire to live here, especially now, so we're braced for even more construction! Even still, the street is relatively quiet.
The property was better than I had expected from the posting. It was clean and equipped well with nice items. The location was the best! We walked everywhere.
An absolutely charming cottage located within easy walking distance of downtown Bozeman, local hiking areas and fun breweries. House is clean, well organized, with comfy beds and a great kitchen. Our dog loved the fenced back yard - and the hosts were helpful and gracious. We liked it so much we extended our stay another week! Hope to be back soon!
Cozy decor, spacious bedrooms, very neat and well appointed. Nice wood burning stove with supplies for a fire every night. Fenced in backyard is great for pets. Easy walk to many restaurants on Main Street. Quick 15 minute drive to Bridger Bowl. We would most definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay. We spent an early Christmas with our family. It was absolutely perfect for making dinners and playing games.
The house was just as advertised with plenty of cookware, linens, paper towels, etc. Very comfortable! We particularly loved the beautiful red woodstove. It puts out a lot of heat!

It's always great to know that memories were made in the house! That wood stove is a Vermont Castings and it really does work so well, and there's nothing like the warmth of wood heat. Thanks for taking such good care of the house and we hope to have you back again someday.

Clean, quiet and close to everything!
We stayed here for my birthday weekend and to do final wedding meetings and checks for our wedding this Fall. I kept telling my fiancee I didn't want to leave! The yard was so nice to have the pups play around and sit in the sun.
The house is close tot Tree Line Coffee and also a quick 5-7min drive to two of the main quick hikes in Bozeman.
We only wish we could rent this home during our wedding for other guests! We will definitely be back.
