OUTDOORS

Corsican Villas is a gated community located in South Palm Desert. Located steps from the Living Desert Zoo, and minutes away from El Paseo Shopping and Restaurants. The community offers two tennis courts, four swimming pools, two hot tubs, pickle ball courts, putting green and a clubhouse. The nearest pool is located less than 200 feet from the condo, perfect for catching some sun! The condo features a private patio for outdoor dining or morning coffee. Patio accessible through the kitchen and Main Bedroom. The patio features a 2 burner BBQ, a fire feature and outdoor dining. Two-car garage parking is available for guest use.



INTERIOR

The living room provides plenty of natural light and features ample seating. A 60in. Smart TV delivers a great experience to watch your favorite sports, shows or a movie. The dining area features a four-person dining table perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is amply stocked for all the meal prep you will need. The unit features a full-size washer and dryer.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 42in. Smart TV, ample closet space, and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom ensuite bath features a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a 46in. SmartTV, ceiling fan, and closet space. The hall bathroom features a shower-tub combination.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

Comfortable Stay

This property had all we needed! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all I needed for making meals and the pool was just steps away. We enjoyed the condo community and El Paseo was less than 2 miles away for shopping and good eating. The property managers quickly responded to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Escape from winter

This is the first time my husband and I have left our home for one month. After experiencing a big winter a year ago, we determined it would be nice to have a break from the cold snowy conditions we frequently face. This was perfect! We loved the location of the condo and the community in which it’s located. It was well equipped for all our needs. The property manager was responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely return to the same area again and perhaps even extend our stay. This is a real gem!

After initial snafu w/wrong gate code & mgmt telling us there was not a code… friendly neighbors set us straight. Great location!Porcelain tile floors cold & hard to keep clean which made for more housework than we wanted. Overall, very nice but we object to very high booking fee (1000) compared to other rentals. Will book w/different company in future
