Nice house with plenty of room to spread out and all of what we needed for a great vacation. Probably would have liked to be a little closer to Old Town, since we spent a lot of time there, but that’s just us. Overall, very nice.

The water heater was broken and we didn’t have hot water.

This review does not accurately reflect the timeline of events. The hot water concern was reported after 10:00 PM on the night before checkout, not throughout the stay as implied. Despite this, we still agreed to provide fair compensation, even though no ongoing issue was ultimately identified. We strive to address concerns promptly and transparently, which makes this characterization disappointing.

During your stay, a few minor maintenance items were brought to our attention. Our team addressed each of these promptly, including replacing both A/C filters, securing the master bathroom shower handle, and straightening the back door curtain rod. We do our best to resolve items quickly and efficiently; however, coordinating access proved a bit challenging at times, as service needed to be scheduled around specific availability and appointments were adjusted more than once. Despite this, all requested items were completed. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest and appreciate the opportunity to address concerns when they arise.
