The rental unit is the full first level of a house overlooking Friendship’s working waterfront. The house dates from 1870 and the unit’s kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2008. You’ll have the house to yourself as the second level will be unoccupied during your stay.
1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 full bath, sheets and towels included, standard sofa, full kitchen with equipment including lobster pot, microwave, coffee-maker and dishwasher, porch with views of the water, radio, local phone service, no laundry facilities, no TV
