This is a chic boutique apartment that is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows. This inner city apartment itself is unique due to its over sized living zone, pristine bathroom, polished timber floorboards, European laundry and, best of all, a large outdoor living space that has timber decking and both lounge and dining areas. Perfect for relaxing after a full day of eating, shopping and exploring :)
There is a stylish kitchen complete with a granite benchtop and a counter eating area with comfortable leather New York styled swivel stools. The kitchen consists of modern stainless steel appliances and has all the mod cons eg Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and gas top cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses and pots and pans and also has a range of common cooking ingredients for use.
The generous open plan living has a large sliding door which opens onto the ample sized courtyard. The lounge itself has a large leather couch with chaise and there is a 'smart' TV with complimentary netflix and there is also unlimited wifi. A split system ensures that the apartment has air conditioned cooling in summer and wonderful warmth in winter. The internal and external spacious areas are a rarity for inner Melbourne apartment living.
A separate glass topped circular dining table with comfortable chairs is perfect for in house prepared meals.
The bedrooms are carpeted and equipped with built in robes. Good quality luxury linen is supplied and the mattresses are very supportive and comfortable. No expense is spared on the comfort and support of the mattresses as I know how important a good night's sleep is - particularly when you are away from home on holidays or for work! The master has a king sized bed and a private desk area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with full length windows that look out onto the courtyard - it is light, bright and airy.
The bathroom has a bath/shower and all towels, toiletries, face washer, hair dryer, moisturiser are provided. Separate beach towels are supplied in order to use the complex's swimming pool and tennis racquets for the tennis court. There is easy access to these facilities as they are on the same level as the apartment - as is the BBQ and outdoor seating area. The european laundry is located within the bathroom and a washing machine and dryer are supplied - along with washing powder and conditioner. Standard items such as an iron, ironing board, drying rack, pegs and broom etc are also present.
The best part of all is that you are in the heart of all the action. There is excellent shopping at the Crown complex just a few minutes walk away. The MCG, Etihad Stadium and Rod Laver arena can be accessed by public transport and are only 2kms away so it is an easy 8min electric scooter ride or a 20 mins walk. Likewise the Arts Gallery, museum, Hamer Hall, Federation Square and Australian Ballet company venues are in very close proximity, just 450m, so it is a 2min electric scooter ride or a 8 min walk. It is a short walk to cross the Yarra to be in the heart of the CBD with all that it has to offer. Public transport is also close by, eg Flinders Street station (1km) and you can take a tram to St Kilda with the iconic Luna Park and beach and bike trails, or even check out fabulous Richmond with lots of factory outlets for shopping. Two myki cards are provided for your use to use the public transport - you just need to upload funds onto the cards for use. A fun and very popular form of getting around is to download the app for the electric scooters (Neuron or Lime) and use the many bike paths.
You have access to so much but it is in a private tranquil setting without the hustle and bustle and noise of the city scene. The hardest part of your stay will be deciding where to go, what to eat and drink and how you want to be entertained. Melbourne is such a fun and fabulous city.

This unit was fabulous, great location for the city, tennis, the Casino and groceries across the road! Comfortable beds and great living area. We loved it!
This apartment is like a little haven of peace, surrounded by huge buildings but is super quiet and peaceful given its location. Short walk to Southbank and Yarra footbridge. Apartment has everything you need, basic condiments etc, is clean and tidy and big bonus having the sizable outdoor courtyard.

This property is a gem. From the moment we made contact with the host until we checked out, everything was smooth and easy.
The property is in a great location, has access to a child friendly pool, tennis court and basketball ring which was perfect for our family of 5. The Southbank Boulevard Play Space is only a 5 min walk away.
The property was spacious, clean, quiet and an amazing courtyard to extend the space. Had everything we needed for a 4 night winters stay. Highly recommend and would visit again 👍
Location, location, location - this apartment is amazing - in the heart of Southbank and all it has to offer. A short distance to the city so there is EVERYTHING to keep you engaged. It a two bedroom upmarket apartment that exceeds expectations.
