This inviting beachfront cottage is perfect for family of 6 or two couples. North Avoca`s cafe and SLSC are in close proximity, or take a walk along the sand to Avoca Beach where you will find eateries, boutique shopping and markets. The master bedroom features King Bed, ensuite, built ins and ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 features queen bed-built ins and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 features, large room with king split, built ins and ceiling fans.
