1980s bach with huge fenced grassed yard for kids dogs and bbqs. 6 minute level walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to town, supermarkets. In a quiet and safe culdesac. This house is small, a classic kiwi bach so don’t expect luxuries and enjoy the space and peace of the garden and neighbourhood.
