The master bedroom offers a king-size bed dressed in luxury linens, while the second bedroom features a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are positioned away from the street and include sound machines and fans for a peaceful night's sleep.

Each bathroom is designed with striking wallpaper, farm-style sinks, and tiled glass showers that bring a spa-like atmosphere to your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a handcrafted wooden range hood, and a Keurig coffee maker. Cooking basics and a full set of dishes are on hand, making it easy to prepare meals or host a small gathering. A bar setup is also available upon request.

Living space
The cozy living area is a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring, complete with an HDTV with Roku, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Board games are available for a relaxed evening in.

Outdoor & extras
Step out onto the spacious wrap-around veranda overlooking King Street - ideal for people-watching, morning coffee, or catching a quiet sunrise. A covered outdoor dining area means you can enjoy the fresh air in any weather. Two complimentary off-street parking spaces and a private entrance are included. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
