You can start the day with coffee in hand, watching for dolphins offshore, then return in the evening to the calm comfort of a spacious home designed for time together. With ocean views, room to spread out across three levels, and beach access close by, this is a setting that invites you to slow down and settle in.

Sleeping arrangements
This five-bedroom home sleeps 12, with thoughtful spaces for every kind of group. The primary suite includes a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, plus access to a private porch. Another bedroom offers a queen bed and smart TV, while an additional room features a twin daybed with a trundle and its own bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles creates a fun retreat, and a fifth bedroom includes a queen bed with access to a shared full bathroom.

Living spaces across three levels
An elevator makes it easy to move throughout the home, whether you’re gathering on the top floor or unwinding after a beach day. The open-concept main level connects the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a convenient powder room. Downstairs, a small kitchenette adds extra flexibility for groups, and the covered patio opens to an outdoor shower.

Game room and entertainment
Between the foosball table, ping pong table, and garage game room, there’s plenty to enjoy when you’re not at the shore. HDTV and WiFi keep evenings relaxed, whether you’re watching a movie or sharing stories from the day.

Outdoor living and beach access
Beach days are effortless and vehicle drive-on access nearby. After rinsing off under the outdoor shower, you can return to the porch for ocean breezes and the sound of waves in the background. Free driveway parking for two vehicles is available on-site.

Kitchen, comforts, and peace of mind
The home includes bathroom essentials, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and self check-in with a keypad. For added safety, the property has exterior security cameras on the entry lock only and a noise decibel monitor - no devices are located in private areas.

Location
Set just south of St. Augustine Beach, you’re minutes from local restaurants and shopping, with historic downtown St. Augustine about 15 minutes away. Pet-friendly stays are welcome, making it easy to bring the whole household along for a Crescent Beach retreat.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
