Accused me of stealing towels one week later
This rundown cheap hotel actually accused me of stealing towels and sent Vrbo an extra charge one week after I checked out. Don’t bother staying here, it’s a dirty and sad place, literally and figuratively. Never coming back again and might sue if they accuse me of robbery a third time.

If it's cheap with all the refinement and service we offer, it's a great compliment.
Dirty is a "ridiculous" lie, using the same adjective you used in the chat with our customer service representative. A serious and polite woman who only noticed that the bathroom floor tile was missing, which happens frequently and all guests respond respectfully and insist on leaving it at reception.
A message was sent to you on the same day, but you completely ignored it, hence the charge soon after, but it is notable from your description that cordiality is not a priority. The following message was sent, of which there is no accusation:
"Mr. Mario,
Good afternoon! All right with you?
During the checkout inspection, it was found that the Bathroom floor tile and towel set were missing.
Awaiting return.
Yours sincerely,
Sanches Flats."
