This one bedroom apartment provides gorgeous water views, and is conveniently located next to local restaurants and cafes. Enjoy the newly renovated cosy space which has secure off street parking and access straight onto the Kingston Beach esplanade. We are only a 15 minute walk to shopping centre & 20 minute drive to Hobart CBD. From Hobart airport to Kingston Beach is approximately 35 minute drive.

Jason and Mary are extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. The property is easy to find and well located. Off street parking was a bonus. The room was spotless and the bed linen luxurious. I would definitely stay with them again.

Perfect Accommodation

Tranquilla was so comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with all things of quality . It is in a wonderful position for beach walks, coffee shops, restaurants, and a hotel.
