Lovely 1880 2 bedroom character cottage conveniently located in Sandy Bay. Walk to Salamanca, Mona Ferry and the city. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants 500 meters. West Point Casino, Tasmanian University and the Sandy Bay Yacht Club are all within walking distance. Comfortable and clean with FREE Wi Fi. 2 large bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay. Lois is a lovely host and made sure that we had everything we needed.This cottage is great for exploring Hobart with bus stops practically outside the property. We would definitely suggest people wanting to explore Hobart to stay here.. fabulous.

The place was quaint and clean and in an excellent location to explore Hobart. I loved the extra linen provided and the cupboard had all the essentials. The outdoor area was very sweet. We are very happy with our stay here.

Lois was most helping and gave us good advice on some local scienic spots and amenities. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great 5 mins drive to everything downtown. All in all when we come to Hobart again it will be our choice.

The location is fantastic — very close to Woolworths and situated in a great suburb with plenty of decent coffee options nearby. The cottage itself was very clean, cozy, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and provided very clear instructions ahead of our arrival, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again.
