It’s was a spacious 1 bedroom with a den and all amenities. If you need to use the parking then make sure you read the check-in notes very carefully. The host provides a secure parking which is easy to access from the suite. It make sure you grab the fob after initial check in and then compare your car.

Great apartment at a very convenient location. I appreciated having an office to work in, the location is close to nice coffee shops and the bus to get where you need to go.

Great property with plenty of amenities and close to Gastown and downtown. Property owner is quick to answer a questions or resolve and issues. Travel out to Vancouver a lot for work and would highly recommend.

The flat is nice and spacious. The high level of security—multiple keys and fobs and a confusing parking lost—made access a little complicated, but necessary for the neighborhood. I had no instructions for the dishwasher so had to leave with it partly filled. All in all a reasonable cost but the difference between the rent fee and the additional charges was remarkable.

The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was cozy and warm during the February winter. I like that it had a separate underground parking space, which was very convenient, especially during rainy weather. The area was not bad at all. It was far enough away from where you see a lot of transient people in downtown. It was also pretty close to the tourist sites and the local ski resorts.

Good but the booing system has bug

Good ，but I extend 2 more days due to something unexpected. It was good for the landlord willing to extend so because it was available for 2 more days. Due to the negligence of my typing, I typed the date wrong, but I have already paid 2 days for 2 more days. The Vrbo office informed me the 2nd day that I should pay around $380 for the negligence of my wrong typing. It’s unbelievable. It’s fortunate that things gave been resolved that the landlord called me to move out within a very short deadline.

Great apartment for a short visit to Vancouver. Very comfortable, host very quick to respond to questions, did have secure parking (3 gates in fact, to go through to get to spot).While the apartment was great, be aware the location may be a little rough if you aren't a big city dweller. Not really a walkable neighborhood, on the edge of what is considered Vancouver's skid row- lots of drug use, not really a safe feeling neighborhood, lots of emergency sirens. If you have a car while traveling, not as bad (but there are your local drug users in the alley to get to the garage), but just be aware of your surroundings and stay safe.

Really pleased with stay. Probably one of the best stocked places I've stayed. Very clean and lots of amenities.I travel out to Vancouver frequently for work and will look to use this in the future.
