With secure undercover parking it's been recently renovated with new split-system air conditioners, carpet and furniture. Walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, breweries, The Ville (Casino), The Strand, Castle Hill Lookout and Queensland Country Bank Stadium (for those rugby fans!).
Cotter's Market (Sunday market) is held a cross the road through City Arcade (laneway) from 8am to 1pm. Lots of goodies as well as some delicious food vans, great coffee van and savoury food.
All your essential needs are also right across the road, Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, Post Office and GP.
