The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located on the 14th floor of the Ocean Tower, offering breathtaking ocean views and some of the best vistas on the property. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with deep tub, double sink, and separate walk-in shower.
- Second Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request).

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Spacious dining table for 8
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

- Resort Amenities -
Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking (may require a one-time $25 fee per vehicle)

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Absolutely loved this place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Incredible views of the ocean and sunsets. We were even lucky enough to see whales from the lanai and turtles in the lagoon.

Awesome property and beautiful location! We can’t wait to come back. Beach villas are much less crowded than the surrounding resorts and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The grounds and property are well cared for and within walking distance to Paradise Cove, shops and restaurants.

Trip with grandson and his wife

This is our second time staying with you in Ko Olina. This was an easy, quiet, peaceful, enjoyable central location to all of Oahu experiences. Our room was a special lifetime memory with our grandson and his wife. The view, kitchen and facilities were first class.

Our penthouse unit was fantastic as were the amenities and property. We were looking for less people and congestion compared to Waikiki and this was it. The on duty staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking for 2 vehicles was included and was great!

Second time at Ko’olina Beach Villas and love the well kept facilities, beach and location. Check in was easy and parking a breeze. The unit we stayed at this time, while had a nice view, lacked charm and care that our first visit had and we missed that special aloha touch. Shower was awful and the couch set up made it difficult to watch TV after a long day of sightseeing. Coffee machine and pods were a bonus. I will not stay at this unit but certainly will come back to try out another unit.

Great location and views

We love staying right on the beach in KoOlina and this place was great. As soon as you walk out of the bedroom, you have the ocean right in front of you. The property is lovely and the pools are great; plenty of good restaurants in the area but a full kitchen with all you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. We enjoy sitting on the beach so our only - quite minor - complaint is that some of the beach chairs were older and rather uncomfortable. But after a few hours, you are ready to move to the pool with one of the well cushioned lounge chairs!

Ko’olina Paradise

This was one of our favorite trips as a family. The unit was top notch, completely updated and the most exhilarating view from the lanai. Tons of beach toys to take to the lagoon. Spacious master bedroom and bath. Second bedroom was perfect for our kids. Kitchen and laundry are a major convenience to have in unit. Very clean. We loved loved loved it and hope to return!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was equipped with everything you can think of. All you need to do is buy groceries at Costco, Target, Walmart, and/or Foodland, which are all nearby. Family friendly, quiet. peaceful, and significantly less crowded than Aulani! My favorite part was the incredible view of the ocean and sunset on the lanai side, and sun rise above the mountains on the bedroom side! We will definitely book here again! Mahalo!

Perfect stay

The property was just perfect. Stayed here with my wife and 2 adult children. Very well appointed with all the appliances I'm excellent shape, all the glassware, silver, pots pans whatever you could need. Nice linens and towels, beds firm but comfortable. View from the unit was awesome. Property is lovely, clean, and all around perfect only thing we needed was an additional chair in the living room. But, we provided when needed and pulled one in from the lanai. Highly recommend

Great getaway!

Had a great time here for vacation. It was in a very convenient area and was easy to get around. We stayed here as a family of 4 and had plenty of space in the unit. The lagoons and pools were easy to access and not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect sunset views.

The property was great, clean and secluded in the building. The floor only had 2 rooms so we never had to share an elevator ride. Getting to and from the room from the garage was also easy as the elevator provided direct access to the room. The location of the room in regards to the rest of the facility was great; it provided a perfect view to sit in the lanai to watch the sunset. We stayed here with a family of four adults and two kids and it fit just fine with each kid sharing a room with the adults. Access to the pool and the beach was also easy to get to, which made it great with kids. The four lagoons surrounding this resort was wonderful for kids as they provided no waves and easy access to sitting areas, it’s also great for strolls across the four different resorts. I would highly recommend this place for family travels to Honolulu. The distance from here to some eatery is around a 25 minute drive which you should account for as most are located in Waikiki.
